Michael Oliver

If the holding continues into the box it is a penalty. It carried on to the byline ffs!
Thats not the ref making a judgemet call, thats a fundemental ignorance of the rules.

Every time he refs us, he fecks us over. Fecking cnut of the highest order.

You didn't see the clear Rooney red card and Leicester penalty in the first half? The only reason United were in the game at the time of the Depay incident was Michael Oliver.

Again, this is nothing more than moany bias. You have a lot more to be thankful for from Oliver than to be angry about. He saved United's bacon today.

*EDIT* Also forgot to mention Fellaini's clear, intentional elbow to the face.

Oliver is a ref afraid to make the big calls.

Fellaini and Rooney should have been sent off and both teams should have had a penalty.

Yeah. De Gea and Blind should also have been sent off and Leicester should have had another pen.

Your best player is a United reject :)

He is a fecking cnut, hate the prick. Looks like a fecking schoolboy, thats how he referees too. Hope he is the first one to lose his job once we get robots.

I can just quote myself here, a month and a week later, nothing has changed. feck off you bellend.

So, Rooney, de Gea, Fellaini, Blind should've been sent off?

Any gifs, as I obviously missed those? Was having one eye on Crucible...

Wouldn't say he cost United as Elbows and Rooney both should have been sent off. Just a piss poor performance from a piss poor ref imo.

Terrible. Half the players on the pitch should have been sent off. Two clear penalties denied.

Why should Rooney have been off? For hurting little Olivers feelings?
Mahrez knocked the ball wide and ran into Rojo from about 2 feet as well ffs. He cant vanish into thin air

Nuff said.

Should have sent everyone off, abandoned the game and cancelled the Premier League season. Reckless disregard of the rules by not doing so. Typical Oliver.

Surely there has been some racial abuse too?

And I hope there'll be doping control after the game!

If you're not taking a piss, don't mind the post. :-)
Yeah, and Arsenal should have had two pens at Old Trafford against us earlier this season. Then maybe The Purist would have been happy.

For all the abuse he's getting in here, he only really made one bad call and that's the Memphis penalty, if that's a foul it's in the box end of. I though Marez when down easily in the box, could have gone either way, Rooney was abit lucky but wasn't exactly a big pull of the shirt that made Grey go down. Lingard incident first half got bang on and I think in general he let the game go abit. We can't blame the ref today, we lack that star quality to get us a goal, amend that in the summer and one point becomes 3.

Possible foul on Gray. His first yellow was bullshit though so he should never have been off.

No, only the United players according to the Arsenal fan on here. That would only have been fair.

Rubbish. Wasn't a pen on Mahrez and Rooney's yellow was bullshit. Foul on Gray was questionable.

Fellaini's elbow was disgusting but so was Huth's foul that provoked it.

If the ref saw the pull back then it's a ref mistake but he didn't so I don't think he can be blamed for that one.
That first yellow was an ego yellow imo.
Saying all that they are judgement calls. The pen incident is a referee not knowing the fecking rules of the game.

He actually looks scared to make a big decision. Missed the call against Mahrez - maybe but, probably too scared and without a shadow of a doubt didn't want to call a penalty for us - tried his best all game to make sure he gave calls to LC - again probably scared to look weak.

So going by your appraisal, you agree that he was shite all round, yes?

I agree. Him not possibly calling out Rooney and not calling out Fellaini wasn't him looking at the incident and making the wrong decision, he simply didn't see it. With Depay he was simply wrong.

Rooney should have definitely sent off considering that he was on yellow and he made a tactical foul.

Thought he got nearly everything right today - not sure if the foul on Memphis was in the box or not.

Why should Fellaini have been sent off but not Huth? The swinging arm was a reaction to Huth pulling his hair right back. Both should have gone, but the hair pull happened first in United's box, so it's also a United penalty.

Depay's was close but I thought Mahrez was a definite pen. Not his fault that we're shite and will have no Champions League footy next season.
