It is true.
The housemate has apologised/been made to apologise for the offence caused.
Not quite..
Evidence of potential war crimes collected by British spy planes operating over Gaza could be handed to the International Criminal Court, the UK has confirmed.
The Royal Air Force (RAF) is reported to have flown hundreds of missions over and near the war-torn territory since December, gathering intelligence to help in the hunt for hostages kidnapped from Israel by Hamas on 7 October 2023.
The Ministry of Defence (MOD) said the Shadow R1 surveillance aircraft - which also fly over Israel as well as international air space - are purely tasked with gathering information to assist Israel's operation to find its hostages.
The spy planes are not involved in gathering intelligence for any other aspect of the war against Hamas, which has resulted in the death of tens of thousands of Palestinians, including women and children.
However, a spokesperson said that the UK would consider a request from international investigators to hand over any evidence the RAF spy planes have collected that might reveal evidence of war crimes.
The spokesperson said: "In line with our international obligations, we would consider any formal request from the International Criminal Court to provide information relating to investigations into war crimes."
It is understood that no such request has yet been made.
The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in May said he is seeking arrest warrants against Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, and Yoav Gallant, the defence minister, for alleged war crimes.

Yes I believe whatever sir Kid Starver tells me.
And the US, the UK and Germany have been actively blocking it ever since.
It took 21 days to issue the warrant for Putin, the standard time for this procedure, and we're still waiting for the judges response five months in.
I would take anything coming from the the MOD or the RAF with a healthy dose of salt.
Very true. Point taken.I’m just showing, as with any news article, you can make it appear however you want it to.
Here's a story about the experience in Israeli jails of a Jewish American journalist, Jeremy Loffredo, which unsurprisingly has never made it to the western mainstream media
He was arrested in Israel under the bogus charge of "supporting the enemy in wartime" (he actually was reporting about the dire situation in West Bank and the latest Iran strikes). Another fine example of how the only democracy in the region operates and how it views journalists who don't fall in line.
The last photo of Dr. Hossam Abu Safiya, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, shows him at the hospital’s entrance. Reports indicate that Israeli forces detained all male staff members except Dr. Hossam, confining the female staff to one room except for a nurse and a cleaner. The hospital is in dire conditions: without water, oxygen, medication, or food, and it has been under siege for two days. This crisis unfolds within a broader 22-day siege of northern Gaza, with over 800 deaths reported from Jabalia alone. The area faces extreme devastation, including the destruction of residential blocks, infrastructure, water wells, and sewage facilities, alongside hospital blockades.
Exactly.. We can see with our own eyes.I’m just showing, as with any news article, you can make it appear however you want it to.
Vanunu would've been a Snowden if it wasn't about Israel. No real surprise considering Mordechai Vanunu's treatment.
However it seems disingenuous to only choose to believe the media content that suits you and your own opinion whilst disregarding anything that doesn’t as it doesn’t fit your beliefs…Exactly.. We can see with our own eyes.
What are you rambling on about hereIt's clear what I am saying, media reports carry degrees of truth and falsehood. But you explicitly tried to convince everyone in this very forum that Sir Kid Starver did not say "Yes, they have that right" replying on a question IF Israel had the the right to cut off food, water and electricity as blatant war crime, but you wanted us to believe you instead of our own ears and eyes watching him saying it.
What are you rambling on about here
It's meme worthy nowPopular phrase these days - every accusation is a confession
Can we say it enough?Popular phrase these days - every accusation is a confession
So, just so you get the full picture: In October 2023, following a history of taking part in anti-Palestinian terrorism, this guy, Shuva'el Ben Natan, murders a Palestinian harvesting olives. Instead of being jailed, he is recruited to the reserves. His intention is to take revenge on Palestinians, any Palestinians.
He proceeds to serve in Gaza, unauthorizedly burning houses, murdering Palestinians, including women and children, as many as he was able to. He is then transferred to Lebanon, to continue his killing spree there, and the only thing that stops him, eventually, are the local resistance fighters. Without them, he would've probably just kept on killing indiscriminately.
In his (military) funeral, his friends openly talk about his war crimes, the ones he intended to commit and the ones he committed. After the funeral videos go viral, a few Israelis express outrage, and are now being silenced by other Israelis who claim it is disrespectful to talk that way about a "hero" who "died to defend us".
Meanwhile, while covering the funeral, Israeli mainstream media intentionally omitted the "controversial" parts of the eulogies.
None of the guilty parties, of course, is gonna pay any price for all this shit.
This is Israel in 2024.
