Di stefano is probably around 22. If I've learned anything from the experiments on here its that fm has a habit of seriously downgrading attributes for players below 18 possibly important mental attributes needed for player development.
Mental attributes tend to be lower because the trend for player development in fm is physicals peak (early 20s), technicals peak (by 30s) and mentals never really peak and are always growing, iirc.
