That's good then
Yeah if it was a sacking I'd have to pause and give you an option to retain or find someone else. Otherwise you'd just gain a re-do every time your team hit some poor form.

Imagine finally getting out of Sunderland only to be teleported back...

Feb 8th 2034 - Winter Window Highlights

Sheff Utd signed some bloke called Martin Griguol. He's 23 and plays at CM.

Sunderland signed nobody of note.

Derby signed Jorrel Hato (45.5m), Jayden Meghoma (10.75m LB) & Michael Armstrong (17yo AML). They sold Sam Amo-Ameyaw and loaned Jack O'Neill and Skye Vink out.

Bolton signed Brendan Pitcher for 55m. He's a 23yo AMR. They also sold Harvey Araujo for 7m.

Can you not give the managers a future transfer like you do with players to prevent the poaching/unwanted firings?

Derby have made the Carabao Cup final! They play Newcastle.

Good chance of their first silverware since 2028! A 6 year drought.

Good to go.

I like the midway updates, but I think unless it's going terribly for a team, then continue on without a big wait to confirm if they're happy. Maybe part of our pre-season planning can be an 'expectation' thing, where if by Christmas we are outside of the top X teams then it's paused and wait for them to change something if they like. But maybe that's just adding unnecessary effort, I dunno. Our boys just can't stop winning so it's easy for us.
I like this idea.

I think most of us are happy floating around top 4 so unless we’re like midtable you’re not usually going to make drastic changes

14th April 2034 - Run-In

Two horses look to have fallen at the fences! Just two really remain.

Oh my, we could be in for the biggest game so far if both can navigate tough semis (:smirk:)

Sheff Utd have knocked out Lazio and Milan.

Bolton have vanquished Leverkusen and Napoli.

Derby and Sunderland were drawn against each other in the QFs!

FA Cup SF - Sheffield Utd vs Derby

Derby have done it! They're on for a domestic double.

EDIT: I have no idea why this creates two spoilers. They're both in the same one when I save.

We've got everyone fighting for something.

Bolton going for the CL.
Sunderland going for the title and Europa.
Sheff Utd going for the title and CL.
Derby going for the domestic double.

Sheffields to lose surely?

Oh I think we’ll wipe the floor with you all next season by the way. Everyone we need to be entering their peak will be there at that point.

On current form I think you'd have to say Sunderland or Bolton should be winning the league easily. Not sure why you'd bet on us.
