edit: I do agree about the unfairness but that’s always been the case. The way people are going on about it is as if they all of a sudden created a safety car today.

They'll make up some absolute bullshite and stick with their decision. Then get shown up at CAS in a few months.I don’t see how the FIA can stand by their decision.. what can they say?

They should have let all cars pass but we all want to see racing though? You rather have it finish behind the safety car. Feels strange to want that as a racing fan.

They let 5 cars unlap themselves to remove a 10sec+ gap between Hamilton and Verstappen. They should've either let all cars unlap themselves or none. Both of those correct decisions would've led to a Hamilton win.
The race was not decided by the safety car but by the FIA.
