Max was ahead and on the racing line. Pretty simple.
You can't take that corner full speed from where Lewis was on the track without running off, so the onus was on him to back off not Max.
You've quoted me criticising Damon Hill not making a logical argument, not me arguing either way.
Having said that, Max has always driven on the edge, I think he was relying on his reputation of never backing out too much there, his defence was at least as aggressive as Lewis' attack.
The real shame is the potentially brilliant race for 1st that it's cost us!
