Anyone actually wanting ETH to be sacked deserve to be banned.
Would have thought the biggest test was winning a trophy, which we haven't done for years. One of his biggest tests and Ten Hag was lacking. Now the real test is where he goes from here. Have to believe he will sort this.
Pull yourself together. Thanks for everything Erik but it's time to GET OUT

Why? I see teams like Brighton play better possession with lesser players. A manager who wants control doesn’t play with players all over the pitch. Weghorst at 10? Bruno on the left? He plays with a double pivot. I’m concerned about this part of our play.Impossible to do that with the current set of players
Exactly, but first time at Anfield. Liverpool are on a run of form, but it should never be like this. Haven't seen Shaw play this badly.Ainfield was always a big one. Even Ferguson got jittery about this game. The result is now a test in itself, but the guy has seen this sort of performance before and sorted it.
That is because he is not elite manager, yet. He is still learning.Regardless of the good work he's done, that's three drubbings on his CV now. Not a good look for an elite manager.

This is the reality check we needed before the last push this season.
You get too comfortable, this is what happens.
(Our ridiculous fixture list hasn't helped either)
Ten Hag isn’t a possession manager. Let’s not go overboardWhy? I see teams like Brighton play better possession with lesser players. the caf is full of babies
I am chill. I do not think it is the end of the world today, but I also do not think that ten Hag has been great for us (and have been saying so). We have been for most part a good organised team, but nothing spectacular. We are still completely unable to control games. And we are still getting trashed.Let's see what we end up with. It's ETH's first season and we have started it terribly, needed some time to pick up form. We have been in a very good form since with some slumps along the way. People need to chill a bit. TOP 4 was always our realistic expectation in his first season and as of now we are well on track for that.
I doubt that anybody really thinks that ETH needs to be fired. That is like wanting selling Case or Bruno after today. That's fine, maybe take it up with all the baby-brained idiots yelling about firing ETH after every loss.
Absolutely. But get ready to be called out for this.Regardless of the good work he's done, that's three drubbings on his CV now. Not a good look for an elite manager.
Any quotes from Ten Hag after the game?
I think it say more about the poster. If the credit you gave him could be undone by a single performance be honest about the fact you didn't give him much credit at all.
That would be okay if he was a rookie or a very young manager like arteta or nagelsmann. Not a good look for a 52 year old. Saying 52 yr old and learning doesn’t even sound right. Does it?That is because he is not elite manager, yet. He is still learning.
I'm sure the sack talk is not serious, but if we somehow miss out on top 4, then his position could become precarious. He won't be sacked, and of course he shouldn't be sacked, but you CANNOT be losing 7 nil to Liverpool no matter how knackered you are.
It's not even up for a discussion. I am so furious.
Could be even more than fine, with fighting for trophies which are not that far to win btw. He’ll sort them out. We’ll be fine.
