Think the reality now 18 months in is there is no real ‘project ETH’. There was a new manager bounce which ended last March followed by him struggling to get anything out of the players. No style or identity implemented. £400m wasted to leave us playing sub standard OleBall. As bad as we’ve been at any point since 2013.
An enjoyable but massively easy run to the League cup and CL qualification in a season where several other top teams didn't turn up shouldn't gloss over this now. We have not picked up from last season. Winning 5 out of 6 with scraped victories against bottom 6 teams proves nothing more than we are a mid table team winning relegation 6 pointers and now the fixture list gets harder we’ll get beat every week.
The cultists can blame injuries, luck, errors, xyz but the reality is that he’s just tactically not very good. We are piss poor all over the park and are as much moments fc as ever. Even when we win we look dogshit. We have and will continue to be turned over by every half decent organised team we play this year, time in time out. This is mainly on him.
Unless they have been hugely successful, incumbent managers never survive takeovers. He’s already gone, just a case of when. Might get the season as its already over whilst INEOS sort his replacement and other bits behind the scenes. Laughable if anyone sees him here beyond May

Yeah this game is the ultimate proof we're wasting our time with this shit. We're only good enough to barely scrap wins against relegation fodders, not even midtable clubs, just straight up relegation fodders, but we'll get embarrassed playing against any semi-decent side.
