De Ligt ok, Mazaroui is a crock
CBs being done for pace happens so much more rarely than people think. It’s just not something they’re exposed to.Rejected by Juventus and Bayern. I am sceptical. Might be outpaced in the PL.
Please no. Can we just play our best centre back at centre back? He's absolutely not a midfielder, despite being comfortable on the ball for a defenderWon't happen but martinez as a 6 in front of the other two would be interesting
Yea I think ETH dismissed that idea a while back but agree to with you it would be interesting to see.Won't happen but martinez as a 6 in front of the other two would be interesting
I'm a big fan, but can he play in a high line?
What can we expect from him mate?
Please don't be another Hargreaves.
I just don’t want to see lindelof or maguire starting. I feel like that’s a low barBetween all of the crocks, I’m hoping they piece together enough time on the pitch to avoid playing casemiro at CB. That’s how low my expectations are.
Mazraoui is great. Can play left and right and has a very good balance between offensive and defensive capabilities. Bayern has too many right backs. We lost Pavard and loaned out Stanisic - and then had an injury crisis in which we bought Boey from Galatasaray in a winter transfer. And Kimmich was brought back from midfield to right back when Kroos decided to come back for the national team. Now Stanisic is back after playing very good in Leverkusen, there is Mazraoui, Boey - and even if Kimmich plays midfield again we have Laimer who will not get much playing time in midfield who is good at right back, too.De Ligt ok, Mazaroui is a crock
Maguire and strong shouldn’t be in the same sentence. If we want to win he shouldn’t be part of the team. Thats the harsh truth.Martinez, De Ligt, Maguire and Yoro sounds like a strong selection of defenders to me, hopeful this will be a really good signing.

Nah, he’s a good player. Dependable and experienced, I think we’d struggle to find a better squad player.Maguire and strong shouldn’t be in the same sentence. If we want to win he shouldn’t be part of the team. Thats the harsh truth.
Or maybe Bayern got wind of potential jail time for the car ramming incident?Seems we held our nerve pretty well in the negotiations.
He was comfortably our best centre back last season. He's more than good enough as backup.Maguire and strong shouldn’t be in the same sentence. If we want to win he shouldn’t be part of the team. Thats the harsh truth.
He's had one season at Bayern where he wasn't a starting centreback. Won cups and leagues in Holland, Italy and Germany and is 24. What is there about his "career" he needs to get back on track?Pretty good price, let's hope he gets his career back on track
How long before Luckhurst and Sky and other media outlets to report these deals as £50m for De Ligt and £20m for Mazrouri?
Well, seems we're about to find out one or another soon enough!Rejected by Juventus and Bayern. I am sceptical. Might be outpaced in the PL.
Fantastic. @Regulus Arcturus Black, never in doubt!
De Lift we need!Force, strength, personality, dedication, perseverance, leadership, airforce and solid (not exceptional, but ajax educated) build up skills..
Good they shouldn't be in the golf course during the season anyway. Not a very good driver though, allegedly

Being pushed out the door for barely half the price they paid. Something mustive went wrong somewhereHe's had one season at Bayern where he wasn't a starting centreback. Won cups and leagues in Holland, Italy and Germany and is 24. What is there about his "career" he needs to get back on track?
Yes it's their finances.Being pushed out the door for barely half the price they paid. Something mustive went wrong somewhere
