Do you think there will be a Deal or No Deal?

Amazed anyone would question the EU on laws for human rights after everything amazing they have achieved in that field.
You're telling me there is absolutely no instances whatsoever where the human rights laws are ineffective?

No it shouldn't, it's a global World and each country affects all others. Some other countries should be telling to the US to grow up with it's gun law bullshit.

The sooner we start realising we share this World, the better we will be as a species.

And don't underestimate the veto in the case that something is hugely important to a country.
And you'll have me beleive that having a free trade deal with the EU is unrealistic

It is really bizarre. It's like lies can be condoned if it gets you what you want, on the basis of 'well the remain camp told some porkies too'. 'Hey baby it's okay for me to lie to you, your ex lied to you too'.

It's not mutually exclusive, leavers should be infuriated that the leave campaign has gone back on two of it's three main selling points.

It looks like we've moved put of rational into ego based replies. I can understand if they felt used by the lies of Farage and BoJo and are a little bit outraged by the blatant backtracking immediately after the results.... But no.... "I'll support my vote even though I knew I was being lied to and cheated into doing it. I did it and so it's right, Reality be damned." I'd laugh if it wasn't this tragic!

I laughed at this too. There are loads of easy targets to take issue with in terms of EU laws, ECHR is pretty awesome though.
Again I'll pose the same question, do you beleive there are no areas in HR laws that are ridiculous? Unless your answer is no, you've chosen to be ignorant and refused to read what I read properly.

It's almost as if I'm deliberately being difficult and reading my own agenda into your posts...

And to answer, no, there isn't one I'd object to in the overall scheme of things.

Please give us an example.

Am I to beleive none of you have ever heard of intentional spoiling of a ballot?

What you're talking about isn't spoiling a ballot (or two, as it were): You've both cast legitimate votes. A spoiled ballot is counted and registered as such, which gives it some significance – at least potentially. What you've done, on the other hand, seems like a complete waste of time.

After unwittingly stating your beleive that freedom of movement was a bad thing, then trying to amend that by throwing petty insults then that very much makes sense.

I know it is, but my partner had already voted and didn't know if she made the right decision.

So it's bullshit lie then?

Wow.

Yes it is.

Why the wow? Give me an example where the UK have not been able to send someone home and why? or break down the law and tell me the part you have a problem with?

Green smilies mean feck all when you haven't a clue what you are talking about so show us that you do understand the topic at hand.

Terror deportation laws.

IIRC the ECJ said that the Uk courts will ultimately decide but that because the defendant's child is british the EU laws are against it.

If anyone wanted to watch that question time, my review of it would be: waste of time

We do know that the FTSE 100 has taken Brexit in its stride. The people who bet their money on the future of the British economy don't seem too worried. If you look at its performance over a 1 month or 3 month period you'd never know that Brexit had occurred.

Buyers for Tata Steel are not that interested anymore!

S&P and other credit agencies will be revising their short and medium term outlook (have already mentioned it's negative) Your AAA rating is under threat.

Surely those are more prominent signs that outlook is not 'in stride'. I don't see them giving a positive outlook for 1-3 years far less months!

You're not answering the question. Which part of the law would you change and how would it be for the better? Please note, saying "let us deport terrorists" is an invalid answer as it's not an explanation.
Ah here we go, the 'resite the law' part of the argument.

Any law which prevents the deportation of a rapist or terrorist because it would affect their family life needs adjusting, not changing, adjusting.

I know it is, but my partner had already voted and didn't know if she made the right decision.

I see - so you sort of balanced it out.

Well, that's fair enough (if somewhat haphazard, if I may say so), I suppose - but you can't call it spoiling the ballot. Just saying.

Seriously, 'Leavers' are the most ignorant people ever. They have been told to their face that 2 most important promises from Leave campaign was a lie. Leave leaders don't have any plan what to do now whatsoever but still lots of people support them and trying to find excuses. What the hell?
