Do you think there will be a Deal or No Deal?

  • Total voters
    194
  • Poll closed .
I won't be surprised if the UK trump decide to go to Brussels, get a couple of more concessions (cheaper hair spray?) and force another referendum

The worst part is it was pretty fecking clear before the vote they had no plan and yet everyone still voted for it.

yep. big nige was on the radio and was asked about what the uk does now, does it go down the article 50 route or are there other options to leave? i'm paraphrasing his reply but it was along the lines of "i don't know, we have a couple of options, i think we will need to invoke article 50 but i'm not sure when." now this prick has done nothing but campaign to leave for 17 odd years, has been a figurehead of the leave campaign and doesn't even have it set out how we are going to leave. what the feck has he been doing all these years? other than pocketing his wage and not actually doing any politics. utter useless prick.

The only person in the office who voted leave is sticking with the "stop being so dramatic" whilst the rest of us talk about how this will have a clear and obvious negative effect on the UK Financial Industry, and also came up with it "No it won't" when we talked about how the economy is going to be negatively effected.

Head. Clouds.

China to America and Uk, says this is why full democracy is a joke.

Has this been posted?

This guy is perhaps one of the most incompetent politician that has ever existed. Not only did Scotland choose to remain, but the market suggest that this outcome is not something to gloat about for their economy. However, I guess I can reap the benefit of the stronger dollar . Perhaps, I should look to buy a house in London.

"Take back our borders!" translates to "No more brown people, please!". I ain't even British and I fecking detest Nigel Farage with every fibre of my being.

I can't believe the number of fecking idiots in this country. My stocks are taking an absolute fecking pounding. I'd have sold some off but I was certain that sense would prevail. Oh how wrong I was. It's costing me a fortune in share price and I'm sure this is just the beginning of where I'll end up out of pocket. This decision was too big to be trusted with the British public, who it turns out just over 50% of which are fools. I swear they are all relying on a grass is always greener scenario. cnuts.

The results were basically a coin flip so I traded out of my portfolio seconds before the close yesterday. Had I stayed in, I would be a lot wealthier this morning as i was basically short everything.

There will be a Scottish referendum first. Here in NI the most we will get at first is border polls.
These referendums will take place right when the economy is at it's worst or heading that way. Everybody's head will be spinning and a united Ireland is a realistic possibility.
This is madness.

The funny part is the poster who said that his family voted "Leave" because they had the colonies before the EU, with the "Leave" they are likely to lose the rest, I just saw a scottish calling it the "Disunited Kingdom".

Just sign the petition and share it with as many people as you can. This decision is way too big to be decided by a few percent. Add to that the chaos in London on voting day and its worthy of a revote imo.

It's the least we can do. Clutching at straws.

What this man said.

Sadly there was plenty of no white people saying the same thing. It's was a very multicultural referendum in that they hated all types of immigrates.

So that's something I guess.

Fecking shite hole of a country

Not seen a valid reason for leave yet.
Had someone spamming tweets earlier.
'I remember how things were before, we were fine then & we'll be fine now'
Baring in mind this geezer was celebrating his 40th birthday not long ago.
Did not have a clue about the single market consequences or the consequences of leaving.
Only reason he voted out was because of immigration.

Another guy, Trump endorses this, we'll be fine.

Is Boris Johnson mentally ill? He looks like he has some sort of mental illness. Is there anything diagnosed on him?

At least you'll be able to buy in nice and cheap. The question is when to make the move.

I agree mate. Have you guys had the email conformation through yet? Still not had mine and its been a couple of hours.

@Cee90

How exactly does one look when they have a mental illness?
A bit like this?

On the subject of NI, the situation isn't really comparable to the one in Scotland. People's views on sovereignty are so entrenched that even something as big as this doesn't really move the needle. You can imagine a No voter in Scotland being persuaded to cross the line by this, the idea of a NI Unionist doing the same is just about unthinkable.

Sinn Fein will keep banging the drum because that's what they're supposed to do, but they'd have no hope of winning a referendum even if they got one, the demographics aren't there yet.

But any excuse for a riot when the weather's good, some trouble would be a surprise to no one. Very interested/worried about what they're going to do about the border.

Haven't you seen him walk and talk. Like he has been cracked on the head a couple 100 times.

A weaker pound means more export.
Indeed. You could have joined the euro and have a weaker currency and so do more exports.

But also, the UK sells more services than goods. And those services are going to Frankfurt.

In addition, a weaker pound means less imports. Mkhitaryan just became 3m more expensive.

Just woke up to see this.

Ffs Britain. How? Why? Ugh, Christ.

Fecking shite hole of a country

Just awful how many "old immigrants" have voted out mainly in protest against the "new immigrants". Incredibly hypocritical.
