Not a bad guy (Whale Killer)
Can we stop experimenting him at the #10? In fact let’s stop putting in the side all together. Ship him out in Jan along with Rashford.
Haha. Don't get me wrong, I think he's shite, just thought it was fair to mention that.He managed to pass the ball well a couple of times.
Whoopee doo.
And with more aggression.Grantony. Seen old dears moving about the Tesco aisles with more speed.
Aggression and coupons. Deadly. And with more aggression.
I am assuming that you posted this before the match. Your optimism is quite sad, as Antony is the worst player that I can remember in the premier league.Im glad that my guess he will be a good RWB choice for Amorim is coming to fruition.
However, i also think he could improve playing in the RAM position because he will be trying to take on players less from far outwide.
Playing more centrally will hopefully allow him to make quick, short yet precise dribbles on to his left foot before he can shoot himself or pass to the striker. It will almost be like trying to take on a LCB rather than always the opposition LB.
Looking forward to his performance if he gets to play Amad's role.
If Rashford had put that performance in, the media would be in overdrive. Awful, truly awful player. One of the worst we’ve ever bought for a large sum
Shambolic, strength of a kitten and brain of an ant.
My biggest gripe with him, and there is plenty, is that he only has one type of shot in his locker. That lame ass attempt to curl the ball, no matter the distance. Everyone can see what’s coming and he either completely misses the mark or it has no pace on it when on target.Close to making 100 appearances for us. I could tell he was useless after about 10 games. He's probably the only forward player I've ever watched for us that I have zero expectations for when he gets the ball in a promising position.
Rashford level performance today. He’d rather played a wing back…
Hopefully ETH gets a job soon and will take him off our hands. He genuinely looked out of place on the pitch. Spurs were very aggressive and pressed fantastically in the first half. The majority of our players handled that side pretty well but jesus the amount of times Antony would be brushed aside or lose the ball was frustrating. Just looked like he didn't belong at United but also that he didn't belong in this league. As others have mentioned its going to be tough to get a buyer for him. He is not worth that much. We probably need around 30 million to break even from an amortisation perspective which will be tough.
Plan B might be to sponsor his Saudi citizenshipHopefully ETH gets a job soon and will take him off our hands.
