Agree to a point. Young people wore the hammer and sickle aplenty. But I’d argue that most people wearing it were politically engaged.
The Che t-shirt kind of took on a life of its own and I’ve probably seen 1000 Che shirts to every 1 of the Vance shirts (outside of political environments).
But also… he’s clearly at a fancy dress party and it’s silly to read anything into it.
