Since when is Wolves a bigger test than Chelsea???

Don't think it's far away from being the truth these days. Chelsea aren't bad, but they aren't all that good either at the moment, they are still trying to settle under Lampard and they leave a lot of space for the ball to be played into. Wolves have a settled team and they know exactly how to play, they'll be extremely compact and go all in as soon as they see an opening for a counter-attack, then back to staying compact, Mourinho must love them. Difficult as feck to play against, as their result against the top 6 clearly shows.

Don't want to see Mata starting. Think this is best 11 to start.
Gomes, Fred, ( when ready) and Lingard, Would be my subs.

    ---------------------De Gea----------

    ---AWB------Lindelof---Maguire------Shaw

    -------------McTominay--------Matic-----

    Greenwood---------Pogba-----------Rashford

    ---------------------Martial-------------------

Palace will be a good test for us. They have started poorly so I think they will pack the defence and hope for Zaha on the break. It will be a good test for us trying to break down a packed defence. I hope we play Angel as he has the ability to produce something special

    Lingard has to be dropped.

The rest are performing reasonably well so I just want to see one change at this stage in the season.

People I'd like to see integrated instead of Lingard are Gomes, Fred and Dalot. Possibly Mata to see if he has anything left.

Pereira, Matic, Jones and Smalling aren't good enough and I enjoy the games more when they're not in the starting lineup.

I have to give Ole some credit for finally shifting them to the bench or stands. It was needed and hopefully this trend continues after the next couple of transfer windows.

You want chuckle brothers in there?
    In the first team? No.

As a bit of experience if someone got an injury in warm up (unlikely I appreciate)? Yes.

We're paying them, may as well be included. One of them anyway.
Axel is now obviously the back up CB and Young can cover both fullback decisions. Darmian, Rojo and Smalling have been bombed out it seems, Jones in and out of the squad. Dalot and Bailly injured. He really needs to sell Darmian and Rojo if you aren't going to use them what is the point of them being here.
Yip, didn't see Ole making the Smalling decision that he appears to have. Don't disagree mind but Smalling has really been outed? quickly.

I agree with the people saying Lingard should be dropped, but when you look at the possible replacements we're quite lacking. I find myself picking these 9 players on autopilot:

    de Gea
    Wan-Bissaka Lindelof Maguire Shaw
    -------- McTominay Pogba
    --------- Martial Rashford

It's great to have such a settled side for what feels like the first time in forever. I don't see how any of these guys get dropped barring 2-3 absolute stinkers in a row or the obvious injury/suspension/rest before a bigger game.

That Right Wing / No.10 / Other CM position (depending what formation) though, it could change every week and I'm not sure if I can see anyone can really nail it down for the season. Lingard seems the most trusted out of the players fighting for those final slots, but his end product is simply not good enough. If no one can do it, I might have to eat my words on how many League starts Greenwood/Gomes get (although I'd be happy to do this and hope they perform well).

Yes, it is far from the truth. You have taken all the credit away from our players for scoring 4 goals and made it a "Chelsea sucks" reason for all our goals. Meanwhile, Liverpool had to go to penalties to beat them after drawing 2-2. If they were as bad as some will make them out to be, then surely Liverpool would have handled them easily in 90 minutes and Leicester (everyone's other favourite underdog team) would have beat them too. Or maybe we are just a little better than people want to give us credit for...

Looking forward to today, can see us winning by 2 or 3 fairly comfortably.

Could do we United doing well considering how wank the cricket has been.

Gonna be a meltdown in here at 2pm when Lingard's in the line-up.

    -------------De Gea
    AWB-Lindelof-Maguire-Shaw
    ----McTom-Pogba---
    James-Lingard-Rashford
    —----------Martial

My predicted lineup. Would prefer to see Greenwood & Gomes in for James & Lingard but think it's unlikely.

At the very least I hope the two get minutes from the bench, along with Axel or Fred.

    3-1 United.

I think he will pick the team that started against Chelsea. Hopefully we can go in 2-3 up at half time so Greenwood James and maybe Gomes will be given half hour in 2nd half.

Second this.. I have no idea why I'm still sat watching it. Going to a couple of the days at OT for what is looking likely to be a very expensive dead rubber.

If either of the first choice CB’s were injured in the week (or when they need to be rested), I would bet Smalling would be back in the starting 11 ahead of Tuanzebe, it’s that He offers more options from the bench and can cover more positions - and if the match allows, he can come on and get some minutes.

    ----------De Gea----------

    AWB------Lindelof----------Maguire------Shaw

    McTominay-------Pogba--------Matic

    Young-----------Martial-----------Rashford

Think it’ll be the same lineup that started against Chelsea.

    Lingard to score.

    ----------De Gea----------

    AWB------Lindelof----------Maguire------Shaw

    McTominay-------Pogba--------Matic

    Young-----------Martial-----------Rashford

Playing Young at right-wing just might kill Redcafe completely and possibly the internet in general.

    I'd like to see

    de Gea

    Wan-Bissaka Lindelof Maguire Shaw

    Fred

    Pereira Pogba

    Mata

    Rashford Martial

Injured again. Seems quite injury prone sadly.
Harsh on McTominay, deserves to be starting over Pereira for me. Not even close. Also Pereira and Mata in the same team, bells start to ring!

Pereira is better on the ball and can actually put a good ball in on set pieces. McTominay is a good runner but we need quality on the ball to break down what will surely be a parked bus. Mata again because we need someone who is decent on free kicks, they will foul a lot. We're going to get a lot of corners and free kicks, hence Pereira and Mata for me.

Still no Gomes ffs. At least a bench slot why do we need Matic?
