Yes let's not talk about his performance in the performance thread.. What are you supposed to say? He was good?
He's playing well overall but as a striker the be-all-end-all is goals. He has had a fantastic midfield create clear-cut chances for him. So, even the supposed lack of creativity isn't an excuse.

If his career efficiency was anywhere close to what he's shown this past month, he wouldn't be here today, that's for sure. So while I don't disagree with you that he's not necessarily a very good finisher, what we're seeing now is surely an anomaly.
Would you not agree he looks a bit sluggish compared to his flying start? He may very well score in the second half but really he should have scored 2 of the chances he was presented with already. I think a rest will do him a world of good right now.
Poor finishing, very poor touches, stupid fouls and far more bad passes than good is not a sign of a fine performance.
He's missing some real sitters. If we don't win this match, he'll be the one responsible for 2 or 3 dropped points
Throughout his entire career it has been the case, it's no anomaly. He's not the only top-tier striker to even be like this either. van Persie and Lewandowski are other examples.

I don't think you're appreciating the number of finishes he's fudged the past month. It's an anomaly. No striker at the highest level has a 1 in 10, or even worse in Zlatan's current situation, worse conversion ratio of decent chances.
Some lovely approach play, but his finshing is poor at the moment.

Overall game has been good, just lacked the finish. His link up play with Pogba and Mata has been very good.
If we had a proper centre forward and not a past it one we'd be at least 2 goals up.

The last few games I saw of him for PSG and Sweden he barely moved all game. He seems to have put in a bit more effort in running about, maybe this is affecting his game?
