That's why you don't take Zaltan off when he's having a poor game, he's always capable of scoring.

Why is it that Zlatan seems to be the only MUTD player able to the ball into the net these days?

Apart from the goal he was quite anonymous IMO.

Had not much to work with today, but did fine in what he did. Too much offside though, just like RvP and RvN.

Give him a chance and he'll put it away. Shame he didn't get more chances today.

He took his goal well but his alck of pace and mobility tell in a game like this when playing a team that uses a high line and is crying out for a striker to run beyond them.

Great finish. Thank feck we have Zlatan.

And STILL people can't just give him the full credits he deserves

Brilliant finish and he bailed us out again.

Say what you want about Rooney but I think it's somewhat embarrassing how quickly Ibra has came in and kicked him off the throne (leader of the dressing room). Post-Match interview, it's him they need to hear from (speaks better English to be fair) and who we want to hear from regarding what went wrong.

We didn't get the ball to him enough today. Great header for the goal.

His finishing is so brilliantly unorthodox at times. Uses his legs when he can head the ball, and heads the ball when he can use his legs :D

With wingers who could actually cross this man would have alot more goals! Must be very frustrating for him.

There was a moment in the second half when the camera panned to Beckham in the crowd and I thought that we could do with someone with his delivery in the team right now.

I think it was immediately followed by Valencia fluffing another cross.

Zlatan needs to distill his sweat, blood and other bodily fluids into an elixir that our players are forced to drink. Perhaps then we can be as clinical as he is.

The one thing that is holding us back this season is lack of clinicalness. Fix that, and we're way better off. Thank you Zlatan.

Haven't heard much from his critics lately.

Not sure what they could possibly say at this point? Unless they're going to slag him for not scoring 50 goals in his first season at United or something.

Most of the arguments I heard pretty much had the scenario of him doing a Falcao. He hasn't - game over.

Do not think Zlatan would score more with better delivery from the wings, but better support from central areas. When Martial and Mkhitaryan are unable to break through in opponent box, he looks isolated. Fellaini changed that as goal showed.

When was the last time a 35 year old hit 30+ goals playing in the top division in England? I can't even think of one off the top of my head.

Got bullied a lot by the defender, but that's Zlatan. He can pop up with a goal at any time

There are football players and there is Zlatan. Head and shoulders above every player in our team. Shame we couldn't get him ten years ago. Enjoy every second while he's here.
