Ole's great... Ole's shit.
Ole clearly has faults but he's done some good things too. That won't wash though after this season... he needs to win a trophy or have a VERY good league finish (1st, 2nd, 3rd, not too much of a points gap), else he's gone.
I just hope that he picks the right team (on form, not name) and gets them to put 100% in every game, from second 1. If he does/they do that and it's not good enough then he goes but at least he'll know he gave it a good go... right now, I think he's not making some tough decisions and giving the media/posters easy objections.
