What will it take to sack moyes?

If we leave it up to the bigwigs it looks like he will incomprehensibly have another season here.

It's up to us to take our fate into our own hands and express visible and vocal dissent at the matches.

The least anyone can do without even being at the match is flooding the f**king SEF/Tufty Twitter pages with demands of taking that stupid f**king flag down. They can't keep ignoring it.

you shouldn't mention tufty without mentioning he is a cnut.

yeah, so my point is, if moyes leaves do all these players go free? are you saying its impossible for the next manager to get the best out of mata just because he's come in contact with moyes? moyes spends money better than most managers, don't know where this nonsense about him throwing money comes from, just throwing toys out of the pram around here as usual. ours teams struggling to create chances so suddenly moyes cn't tie his shoelaces
Beattie, Bilyaletdinov, Johnson, van der Meyde, Kroldrup, Davies, Wright... Let's not rewrite history here.

How much can Fellaini realistically be sold for in your opinion so that it's not money down the drain?

I agree. And I admire the patience the matchgoers show. They should realise that being vocal about Moyes could probably be more of a benefit for the club then putting a banner up for him though
We're not singing about Moyes though, we're showing our support for the club.
As for the banner, stewards were guarding it at FT

Every manager makes some poor signings. He consistently got Everton to 7-4th place while being the only manager in the league to make a transfer PROFIT. Don't be a sheep and just jump on the 'critisize everything moyes does no matter how little sense it makes' band wagon

okay i give up, ill just let everyone calm down over night so that their IQs can rise back above 25 and we can talk sensibly

Showing the support doing feck all at FT after yet another embarrassing result? I'd say it shows more passion and determination to be vocal about the manager that is about to feck up the club you love

Whatever we spent on him is a sunk cost. If Fellaini isn't worth having in the squad going forward he'll be sold regardless of how much he was purchased for.

Fellaini will remain at least another year irrespective on whether Moyes is sacked or not. FFS our CM is in shambles. Giggs will retire, Ando is as good as gone, Fletcher has a chronic illness and Cleverley is shite. Under such circumstances no manager would sell a 27m rated midfielder without even playing him.

To rub it in, football greatest teams, our team in 99/00 is now on sky sports

What wouldn't I give right now to have Roy Keane.

(And in the team too :D )

What worries me now is what is considered a success?

If he scrapes top four next year, is that good enough?

Has he set the bar so low this season that standards have slipped beyond recognition?

Everton is bigger club than Bolton, yet Big Sam had pretty much the same results.

Everton place is consistently around Europa league.

For 10 years he got 1 4th place, so consistently 4-7th is again untrue. If you claim it like that then it should be 4th-17th as he nearly relegated them in his 3rd season.

Also the bolded part is simply not true.

Moyes had his fair share of good signings but he also had his share of bad signings. Around half are good half are bad.

What a brilliant team and squad that was. Gives me goose bumps watching it. To win a treble was the most difficult thing to do led by a great captain and manager.

Nothing can take those times away - wouldn't swap them for anything.

He didn't. He had a net spend of 10m in the years he was there. Another myth.

Again constantly 4-7 is plain untrue when actually his average league position was either 7 or 8. As Enigma said, if you count 4 (because he finished one time there) then you should count 17 too and it will become 4-17.

More of this hopefully. Journos finally seeing what we've seen since before Xmas. Ducker is the Manchester correspondent too. Probably the most respected one.

It's sad that is has come to this, but yeah, we need journalists to cut the bullshit and state it as it is. We also need the Glazer's to go over Ferguson's head.

After the season we have had I think the majority of us would be happy with 4th next season, It's going to a take couple of years before we challenge for the tittle.

The Times are reporting that Ferguson was on the receiving end of a lot of abuse at the match, this is getting very sad.

Mirror reported the same thing, has to be bollocks. Sad times if were dishing out abuse to Fergie.

Easy to say something like that, that cannot be proved. It sounds like shit-stirring. Also, nobody in their right mind would have a go at Fergie face to face.

Sadly, I don't think it is bollocks. Emotions are running high.

With stewards deployed to prevent fans removing the 'Chosen One’ banner at the Stretford End – unveiled following David Moyes’s appointment as Ferguson’s hand-picked successor last summer – former manager Ferguson bore the brunt of anger from fans close to the directors’ box in the earshot of executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and managing director Richard Arnold.

One supporter was also photographed being escorted away from the area close to Moyes’s seat in the dug-out by stewards after appearing to gesture for the Scot to resign.
Knew this was going to happen at some point, I have said it few time now but you can't be doing this inside the ground. We all learnt this form the G&G campaign.

It will come from the "hardcore" section of the match going crowd, when they get bored of mediocrity or sober up, by protesting or not turning up, they are hanging on SAF final words here and worshipping that chosen one banner, so they should have no trouble being swayed by some tabloid manipulation.

That shouldn't be the case, no. Truth is Moyes is extremely out of his depth, he's doing the wrong things, he's saying the wrong things and he's also portraying the wrong things. To solve it he has to go. The team is suffocated by his presence. We get rid of him ASAP and next season we should be back to competing for trophies with a few new players, which we need anyway.

Can you post your links to the legal docs that you took the transfer fees from? Most fees are undisclosed so there are estimates, I've seen estimates that put his profit at about 3-4m in the time he was there, not surprising there are some that put it at -10m... but that's still not bad for a manager over ELEVEN YEARS that massively improved a clubs fortune. I didn't say anything about his average position btw, I just said he was consistently in the 4th-7th bracket, which is absolutely true, I did not say he was there every season. If you say 'Fulham have been consistently winning games away from home this season' does this mean they won every away game that season? Or does it just mean that they regularly did?

I don't know why people get so upset over the idea that Moyes did a good job... don't panic when someone says Moyes did a good job at Everton you know, he's allowed do a good job there and a bad job here, it's not going to stop you being right. I just think you'll find that anyone who actually knows a thing about football and isn't emotionally volatile from their team losing 10 games this year will say that Moyesy did a good job in the transfer market for Everton... +4m or -10m you will find it makes no difference to someone with an IQ above 3
