Why would he agree to that????I think we will just cancel his contract. Mutual agreement

Sorry suffering from a bit of man flu today. I meant more we will come to an agreement. He will definetely move on. Maybe we will cancel his contract in agreement for agreeing to waver a transfer fee. Who knows. I think the US will be his destination.
Wayne was always a player that needed time after a spell off. Now that he's out of the team and always benched, he has absolutely no impact when he comes in. He's not the attribute to change a game anymore.
When he came in against WBA, it was sad but he was so slow, he just ran on the pitch and didn't tried anything like he knew that's off this summer and he surrenders.
I would like him to wake up, show his passion again, even if he's poor or average, at least he can still make some great pass, good run on the box, but I feel he's mentaly down
This is real life sadly, thay kind of resurrection only happens in Disney sports movie.
In real life you're finished means you're finished.
He's had like 3 years to pick himself up, it's not like the rot is just starting.
What sort of man would forgone 300k/week? Why would he do that? He doesn't want football, he wants big salary.
Has he though or was that just a myth trotted out to protect him?Wayne was always a player that needed time after a spell off. Now that he's out of the team and always benched, he has absolutely no impact when he comes in. He's not the attribute to change a game anymore.

He showed nothing on Saturday to suggest he deserves to start tonight even given how the others played. Players are playing badly and he's not looking any better, it doesn't exactly scream "Pick me!" We know he offers nothing at this point.
He hasnt offered anything since SAF left, hes well past it, especially when on 300k ffs
Be honest here, even his most ardent of supporters accept he's finished at the top level.
With his profile he could really make a difference in a developing football market, that should be his motivation now. To see 1000's of kids take up football instead of other sports.
The peak has gone to such an extent that he can no longer even offer something from the bench in the PL.
If you think the new generation of kids adoring him you're very wrong. They want to become messi/ronaldo, not rooney.
His fans who idolizr him are old enough to see him become his own enemy.

In another continent, yes, maybe.
wonder why?Not even on the bench today
Jose just said he had a knock to his ankle. Make of that what you want.

The only thing that surprises me is that he manages to keep a straight face when he has to come up with a different excuse for not picking him every week, while everyone knows what's up.
Roomatism.has "pain in both his ankles"....what??

Strange how Rooney has had so many 'knocks' and strange injuries this season. Is it likely he actually is more injury prone than usual this season and I'm reading too much into, or...? Either way, there's really been no noise from anyone involved for him not playing.
How is the media protecting him, in this case? Protecting him from what?Of course it's weird, no way that he is getting this silly injuries all the time, and getting ill every other week. Lack of noise pretty much confirms that the media is protecting him. Few months ago he couldn't be subbed off without it covering front pages, but now for some reason no one cares about this situation with his "injuries".

I don't understand why Jose drops him, makes some lame injury excuse and then brings him back the next game to play 10 mins and then again repeat the process. All seems a bit pointless.
I might be wrong, but I find their lack of interest in questioning these silly injuries and lack of playing time very unusual. I mean, you know how precious they were always about Rooney, he couldn't miss a training without anyone mentioning it.
