Why would it be so hard to sell off a couple of players, free up Rooney's and Zlatan's wages and sign two forwards if it's that bad? Don't believe it for a second. Zlatan wasn't injured yesterday.

Of course we're going to add players. Mourinho has already said publicly he's known who he wants for months and so has Woodward. I'd be shocked if we don't sign Griezmann at this point even after the latest round of tweets.

On paper he's right but a #9 that operates for the attacking unit rather than everything being about them could see our attack being greater than the sum of it's parts.

It's not ideal but the likes of Rashford, Martial and Mkhi could all be double figures players in the PL if we have a #9 that operates as part of an attacking unit rather than the rest acting as his support, IMO.

Griezmann excelled in a 2-striker system at Atletico. If we buy him our attack would be better then Atletico's attack this season, Rashford + Griezmann is better then Griezmann + Torres or Gameiro.
