Didn't we reckon earlier in the year the Chelsea were going take the bullet for us in the case of Lukaku?
I guess we want to know if his heart is set on a Chelsea return. If it is then we can quickly move on to other targets.Be interesting to see if any of the other 'connected' journalists say something similar.
Also what's the urgency?
He's not.If this is true I give up lol, he's such a fecking one dimensional lump.
We missed out there with Schick.
Only if Costa leaves which isn't guaranteed.Didn't we reckon earlier in the year the Chelsea were going take the bullet for us in the case of Lukaku?

This is exactly the problem we'll find if we simply replace Zlatan and add Perisic to our attack. We'd basically be cementing our place as an upper-mid table club.
He's like that at his worst, yes. At his best he's unplayable. He's not worth the figures being touted but he's quality nonetheless.Yes he is, he has the first touch of an elephant, doesn't hold the ball up well or link play and has poor movement meaning with him in the team you have to concentrate your whole attacking system on playing to him, it will be like Ibra with a vastly inferior footballer.

How many goals did Lukaku score this past season?
Prioritising a number 9 over Griezmann has always been the smart move, even before Ibra go injured. We don't even need a 10, and I'd maintained concern about this from the difference due to my preference for a 433.
I don't know if some want a change of formation, or they just want us to sign a player for loads of money who is a big name, but Griezmann never made the most sense to me.
I appreciate we need more goals in the team, so we should look to do that within the existing structure. Gareth Bale, for example, would add the 20 goals we want from Griezmann and allow us to keep our shape, and crucially, not impact the effectiveness of other players.
26 league goals. 1 penalty.

Lump it to Fellaini and Lukaku
lives out your way, is a bit of a smick (belfast term) but seems to have some decent connections
I know he's not liked but he got the Pogba deal spot on last season when everyone was saying it was off.
Well surely they'll throw us a lifeline with at least one of him and/or Perisic. Hardly fair if we ended up lumbered with both.
I'm sure he has connections. Its just funny to watch journos stepping over each other for attention. Reminds me a bit of Crocks feasting on Wildebeest during the great migration.
Not sure if people are suggesting, who he scores against and what the score is when he scores. If they are decisive goals or just feasting on teams who are already beaten? Don't know if anyone could find that out.So why are we too good for him?

Costa will stay now. Chinese clubs got that extra tax and Atletico banned from making transfer market. We've got a free run at him this summer I thinkDidn't we reckon earlier in the year the Chelsea were going take the bullet for us in the case of Lukaku?
This has to be bollocks. We weren't sure if Ibra was staying in the first place so how would a knee injury suddenly change our transfer plans?
I fail to see how we'd want him as a supplement to Zlatan; only to decide we don't want him as a supplement to an inferior Zlatan replacement. Makes no sense.

Yeah I mean we have Lingard and Zlatan with one leg, we will be alright
