Transfer Tweets - Summer 2017 | Keep it on topic

Because a guy would always prefer to live in Manchester?
To be honest, I visited Paris a couple of times last year, and Paris left me underwhelmed, especially in comparison to what I'd heard. Obviously different for millionaires, but I actually prefer Manchester as a city.

Delaney is taking dogs abuse on twitter but still won't take the loss.
Its hard to trust someone like that. A man who tries to play wordgames to always prove he's right will twist the next story to back himself up.

Walker -> City
Fabinho -> Spurs
Dier -> United

It could happen like that. I really hope not though. Realise Spurs haven't been mentioned with Fabinho but the way this window is going, you never know

Donnarumma has just signed a new contract with AC Milan until 2021

And plenty in football too. Like Alves, i.e. the one actually making the decision. Dragging his wife into it stinks of lazy WAG stereotypes.
Fair point, but I think you're looking too much into it. The Alves to City move made a lot of sense, and I think that tweeter was just trying to suggest there might have been an external influence that changed his decision.

[Info Paris U] Dani #Alves should be the second Parisian recruit of the summer. #PSG

Over on Bluemoon they were tracking flights to the UK a few hours ago. If he ends up having been on a plane to PSG then............. :lol:

Confirmations: #PSG @DaniAlves pole position! City exceeded, the player is already in Paris, usually a two-year deal. #DaniAlvesD2 you confirm that?

City have been well and truly snubbed.

Medical completed for Alves.

Really? How many tweets do we really need for that cnut Dani Alves. There were less tweets about Lukaku.

Ok, someones going to have to explain why every reply to that tweet is ok.

It means, "whatever, we don't like him anymore". Funnily enough, I suspect that Milan are the ones who tried to put pressure on Donnarumma.

What did he do?
He was part of a sissy Barca team, they all like to roll on the ground and act like someone broke their jaw, when in fact he's been barely touched. Him, Busquets, Pedro, Neymar, Alba. I hate players like these guys. You could add Nolito into that group.

You forgot Alexis.

Bit of a weird one as it gives Bayern a better chance to win the CL - especially under Carlo. And for it to not be an outright purchase but a loan for a couple of seasons too at first is weird.
And i bet Utd were offered no such deal :lol:

Yep, we should have sold him. What happens to his current contract with us while he's on loan?

Do clubs realise that Bayern are also rich? They always seem to get players for such reasonable amounts, whereas every time we're interested in someone we have to pay stupid amounts of money.

Don't worry, some more to come today and tomorrow.

There'll be a year left but also option of a further year so if Bayern don't buy that will probably be activated.
Yeah he'll come back with just one year left on his contract if they don't buy? That's not really good, is it? Bad business all around imo.

Paris is vastly overrated. Just look at the thousands of Japanese tourists who suffer from "Paris syndrome" This is a profound disappointment and confusion from oriental vistors who have saved for years to go there, only to feel totally let down by the actual experience /lack of welcome they receive.
The japanese embassy spends serious money sending people home..

Just don't pass that onto Mr or Mrs Alves!

I remember a particular game in 2011 in the Champions League semi final match vs real madrid where he got Pepe sent off and our own Jose was sent to the stands. I always hated his theatrics when he was at Barcelona.
