TBF it does seem like Messi and Ronaldo renew their contracts every six weeks or so; the minute one of them announces a new deal then the rumours start about the other being in talks - maybe Griezmann is just following their examples.

No, I think we'll get Griezman, a #9, a DM and a CB, it will be the other spots like the wing and LB that get overlooked to make sure we get the #9 this team badly needs, if Jose indeed has to sacrifice one to get another for budget reasons, we don't know what him and the board have laid out in terms of expenditure. However if it came down to a #9 or Griezmann, I think Jose would opt for the #9 as Griezmann isn't going to thrive anyway if he doesn't have a #9 that can hold the ball up playing in front of him.
