Using us for a pay rise....
Morata over Griezmann?
There's no way on this earth he's only 20 so that's quite believable. There's rumours coming out that Kessie failed his Milan medical due to tests proving he lied about his age
Well, The Barça of dream team had a good group of basques, Bakero, Goikoetxea,Txiki, Salinas. Even Cruyff said that he signed basques because the catalans weren´t brave enough. Personally not a big fan of Martínez.First hererra now martinez, is valverde trying to turn Barcelona into a basque team.
Didn't he just sign a contract with Atletico last year? He has 4 years left on his contract. I would be surprised that he was trying to get a pay rise after all he's done and said in the last few weeks.Using us for a pay rise....
Sergio León in Sevilla to sign with Betis

Plus surely if you're only looking for a raise then you brief journalists or let you agent do the talking. You won't announce it more than once on TVGriezmann re-signed less that 12 months ago, around end of june 2016. How on earth could this already be another contract/wage stunt? I just can't see it.
That would be awful.....Mbappe could become amazing, but he might not. Morata is a decent striker. Greizmann is one of the top 5 players in world football.....it's a fairly simple choice.
Plenty of young talents have been amazing in their first senior season. Now video analysis on him starts big time, every bit and quirk of him will be analyzed and tought to the defenders, they will know a lot better how to defend him next season. If he can replicate his class then, we can start talking. But even then i'd still prefer Griezmann who is proven on the highest level, while Mbappe really only shined in a rather weak league playing for a team that dominated the vast majority of the opposition. You mean Mbappé could 'remain' amazing. He is currently amazing, the question is if he will continue it.
The only guarantee of that is via getting to know about his personality and background, which seems to be very good from reports. Other than that, only obstacle is injury, which has nothing to do with age. He's not suddenly going to forget how to play football simply because he's young.

Another point often overlooked by the 'just played one season' brigade is that Mbappé has been playing football for years. Just because he may have come to your attention this season doesn't mean top coaches and scouts have not known of his capabilities for years. It may be that he was alreasy seen as a generational level forward talent when in the youth systems, and what he did last season has simply confirmed this to people, as opposed to alerting them to him.
Is it considered rude to openly say that i have literally no clue who all these players are except txiki and i know of him only because he works for city now.Well, The Barça of dream team had a good group of basques, Bakero, Goikoetxea,Txiki, Salinas. In terms of what we need I can see it, especially with our manager, he's always liked a #9 that can hold the ball up and act as the fulcrum for the attack, that will be his priority with Ibra done, he needs that more than he needs a second striker as that role is no good without the #9 to play off, so in terms of pieces for the puzzle I can see Morata as a priority for Jose.
Ouch.
It's a transfer tweets thread, not really for discussion.
This one always confuses me. How has anyone not snapped Rodriguez up from Bremen over the past few years?! I thought he'd be a shoe-in for someone like Liverpool.
As of now a 3 man attack all sharing the goals should be the way , also we get to try martial and rashford as strikers without the defensive duties. Mbappe dreams of madrid.

That's why he was asking.Wolfsburg not Bremen! Mainly, because he's been bang average, not progressed at all.
Inigo? Think he could be good as a DM actually. As a CB, well...he can't really defend...Well, The Barça of dream team had a good group of basques, Bakero, Goikoetxea,Txiki, Salinas. What do they do? Take a bone core and count the number of rings? There's rumours coming out that Kessie failed his Milan medical due to tests proving he lied about his age

Chinese investors I believe.Milan are getting a tasty team together. Where is the money coming from? Heard they might be in for Morata and Belotti?!
Same here. I've always had a soft spot for Milan from the Gullit days. He was my first football superhero. As long as it doesn't adversely affect us, it's great to See Milan making a return to the top potentially. Used to love watching them back in the day, and playing them on Sensible Soccer from time to time
I have nothing against that idea but I'd be surprised if we see it here, Jose is a traditionalist when it comes to #9's, like Conte and Ancelotti, he's not going to go for this floaty front 3 like Pep and Klopp.
Jose will have to there is no other option.
I miss playing that gameAs long as it doesn't adversely affect us, it's great to See Milan making a return to the top potentially. Used to love watching them back in the day, and playing them on Sensible Soccer from time to time
I doubt Jose sees it that way.
