The more I think about it, the less I agree with the Twitter blacklist.
1) The most definitive news on transfers is once it is officially announced by the club. Even then we have varying degrees as agreements fall through, last minute coups have happened.
2) The club itself has often issued statements contradicting what is actually going on in the background.
3) Twitter is at it's best, click-bait promotional medium for more website hits even for the more 'reputable' journalists.
4) Muppetry needs rumors, whether founded or not to thrive. This thread is really for muppets. No reasonable individual expecting honest, fluff-free factual reporting of transfers will be frequenting this thread. If you're in here it's to experience the roller coaster of anticipation and climax on fantasy signings.
So...I say let this run rampant with bs tweets. As it is, I'm still not receiving any real news on here anyway.

Did he? I doubt it - Mourinho hasn't commented on transfers this summer at all, publicly leaving it all to Ed. Some English journalists suggested that we never had an interest in him though. God knows why
Le 10 Sport is one of the worst possible sources in France. They had launched as a print newspaper with a bunch of good local journalists but shut down the paper and are left with shambles of an online newsroom made of interns, junior profiles and no experienced journalist with insights into the clubs. They might be able to find something from time to time as all agents love dropping rumors and information to all media, but I would not recommend to allow Le 10 Sport as a reliable source on here.

It's possible that you might not have been a member and remember the wild days. Twitter BS artists and WUMs can rapidly wind things up to a fever pitch that can make the Cafe unbearable. There are so many fake ITKs out there. I agree that if someone is an accredited journalist, like Tancredi, or has "seemingly" legitimate contacts like Pilib De Brun, or taking a journalist who had one transfer rumour wrong and wanting them banned is extreme.It could be, but as somebody pointed out earlier in this thread, his contract extended from 2021 to 2022. Ergo, another season.
