I don't think Jose has much trust in Martial at all at this point. I don't think the relationship is beyond repair by any means, but Martial hasn't earned Mourinho's trust yet. Quite frankly, he didn't play well enough last year to do so. Martial won't be used as a centre forward next season, I'm quite sure.
With Zlatan and Rooney departing, it wouldn't shock me at all if we're in for two strikers. Morata and Belotti would be costly, but it makes a lot of sense. Let's not forget how dreadful we've been at scoring for the past few years. That needs to change, and Jose knows it. He also undoubtedly appreciates that there's only so much the current players can be expected to improve. He's going to be expecting to challenge for the league next season. He also has to be concerned about competing in the Champions League.
We need a serious upgrade in offensive firepower. I'd be all for bringing Morata and Belotti in. It would give us plenty of depth and options in attack.
Bernadeschi would be the same price if not cheaper. Mahrez, Balde Keita. There's much better options even if you pay more. Perisic is average

Keita Balde is the only left winger there and his temperament is suspect, asked to leave Lazio twice, he doesn't do any defensive work and is very much a rough around the edge player. If you bring in Balde you're going to have to bed him in slowly and work a hell of a lot on him to bring him to the standard of the Premier League and Jose Mourinho. Of course, when he doesn't play he picks fights with his manager and asks to leave.
In pure numbers, none of them had a better season than Perisic.
