This can’t be true. If so, take it.

Vlahovic this season is on
7G and 1A in 16 Serie A games and
4G and 1A in 5 UCL games

Is he what we’re ultimately looking for? Perhaps, perhaps not. He’s 24, already good and can still improve

Is he an actual striker and in that sense exactly what we’re looking for now? 100%
Am not sure he is the profile we need, could do with a bigger stronger striker, Vlahovic is smaller than Hoijlund and does not seem to have much of a physical presence or lightning speed, all of which would be ok if he was a Messi level player but he is not that

Don't see why so many are keen to get rid of Garnacho when we have so many other areas that need fixing, and as you say, he's a great bench option to have, as he showed yesterday. He may not fit the system but he's young and can hopefully learn, maybe he can play left wingback, maybe if he gets a bit more composed he can fill in as one of the 10s. Given that we're likely to lose Casemiro, Rashford, Lindelof, Evans and will need new CB, LWB, CM, CF, why add to the churn by getting rid of a talented youngster who we'd then have to replace as well.

Our ability to rebuild the squad with players suited for Amorim’s system is severely hampered by our finances and PSR. Garnacho does not seem particularly well suited to that system, and has been very inconsistent with his decision making and end product (and, apparently, attitude). He’s one of the only players who we should be able to get a decent amount of money for, and because he counts as a home grown player, selling him provides an even bigger boost to our finances. It’s precisely because we have so many areas that need fixing that it might make sense to sell someone who isn’t starting but whose sale can boost our finances and therefore spending power so significantly.

If Vlahovic stinks the place out we will have another job getting rid of him. Just seems a big gamble to me while Gyokeres played under Amorim, scored a feck load of goals and against prem opposition. I think Hojlund is fine as an up and comer in the squad, he's just being asked to be the best player on the pitch when he isn't ready..
1. That goes for any player we buy, no?

2. Gyokeres as far as I am aware scored against championship teams (no amazing stats), Portuguese teams and a handful of clubs in CL. When did he play loads against PL team opponents?

Hojlund is tall and strong but when he’s not busy tripping and falling, he’s busy ducking away from any head-height crosses. Doesn’t say everything ..

Vlahovic would be an improvement on what we have but that's not saying much.

We should be going for Gyokores/Isak/Oshimen not players deemed not good enough by Juve.

Ridiculous, if Rashford has aspirations to play for england then take a paycut to join Milan, otherwise find yourself in the reserves. I'm sick of these footballers who make zero effort and then expect to get the move they want and for it to be subsidised by United.

That would require Milan paying a fee we'd be happy to sell him for.

I'm guessing the club are hoping he shines on loan and can then be sold for much more come the summer than a toxic asset right now.

1. If we get gyokeres and it doesn’t work out he will retain value (scored 60 goals or something stupid?)

2. Scored a hat trick against city most recently. Again 60 goals is a ridiculous stat.

I get the reservation about the quality of the Portuguese league if he’d scored 20 goals, but he is breaking records and scoring hat tricks in the champions league. Ask yourself how many goals would he have to score for your reservations to be assuaged?

We aren’t getting €30m for Casemiro, let’s be real here. We’d be happy to get rid for free to offload his wages. United can’t do those types of deals.

Casemiro out Ederson in?

Huge upgrade and with the wages saved we could, pay a lot of the transfer fee off upfront, saving on future payments.

As we’re short in CM and if we lose one we need to replace, which is a shame as we are crying out for a LWB.

Depends on what contract we give the player. Juve want rid of Vlahovic because he's not worth close to what they're paying for him, and if he's not good for this Juve team in Serie A he's certainly not good enough for the premier league and to get us competing with Liverpool/City.

Gyokeres scored a hatrick vs City but then got bullied vs Arsenal. If there wasn't much difference in the price then we should try and sign Isak all day given his premier league performances.

That could happen - because wages aren't a big issue in the middle-east. The majority of the european stars make more then Casemiro
