They are able to register new players before registering a previously unregistered player. It's really bizarre and they will get the rules changed.

Having two keepers fighting for the number 1 rarely works though. For me, you need a main guy and one or two who are happy with a bit part role along with a development keeper.
 
Mainoo won't be sold. Nobody is 'unsellable' in that 150m will buy almost anybody. But United won't sell mainoo for any realistic offer they get

Why are you so bothered about Garnacho? Lads gotten too big for his boots, in my opinion, I think he’ll want to move on in the summer, as he’s now got a manager who wants him to play as part of a team.

Garnacho is a quality player and we need keep developing great players instead of signing them for high earner, high transfer fee players

We need money now to reinforce the team though and at the moment he's not a first team player and not looking like being one for a while.

He’s in a bad run of form, but he’ll be a first teamer in my opinion

Sorry to inform you but we actually need to become a selling club, otherwise we can't buy any players.

As for Gernacho he doesn't even fit Amorims team, and frankly he's just anotuer overhyped United youngster in the same mold as Janujaz, who we also failed to sell at the right time. But why learn from past mistakes eh

Gernacho can leave, for the money we get plus a bit more, we can get much better ready made No10 like a Cunha type.

For Mainoo I see big potential, but if his.wage demands for a new contract are too high, we can't be ceding to ridiculous demands and risk ending up in our previous cycle,.so would be sad to see him go.
 
Absolutely no one at this club should be considered unsellable, none of them are remotely good enough for that.

Well look at whos first teamers today. You have to start to acknowledge the present. We ARE NOT anything of what we were in the past. Being a United first teamer means nothing today. Being Uniteds best player means nothing today. Being Uniteds best defender means nothing today. We look back on probably more than 10 years of shallow entitledment, it led to some of the worst decisions of football history, transfer flops of the highest magnitude. We need to stop valueing our players as if being at our club is a big accomplishment. It isn't. Nobody is unsellable. No player in this team has shown signs of a level of talent, that would make them unsellable.

I wouldn't be happy with either being sold, but Garnacho in particular does seem possible. I think it would be a big mistake, but pretty much everything we do is a mistake now, so checks out.

I wouldn't be against it.

If someone offered £60m for Garnacho tomorrow, I'd take it in a heartbeat as atm it doesn't look like he's going to fit in Amorims system and seemingly has a poor attitude.

I don't think Mainoo has enough athleticism playing in a two man midfield, he also doesn't have the stamina for it either, which is a big worry.

If we got between £140-160m for the pair, that would go a long way in sorting the squad out to how Amorim wants to shape it and it would also be £140-160m pure profit on PSR.
 
Both are what, 20 and among the best talent we’ve produced in recent years. Sends a terrible message if we are cashing in so soon. And even worse if it’s seems they’re being sold for financial reasons instead of sporting.
 
Garnacho is average. He can be a squad player, but I don't see a top 4 player. If you have a good offer you can sell.
Mainoo has top, top potential. He is the future of your team. Crazy mistake sell him.

We can’t even contemplate selling Kobbie, in 2/3 years he’ll be one of the best midfielders in Europe, Liverpool and England fans rave over Curtis Jones but Kobbie even at only 80% today was the better player as soon as he gets his fitness and grows fully into his man body, the kid will be a beast.

Garnaucho can go, doesn’t suit the system and football IQ is average, however we should give Amorim 6 months to work with him and see if he improves?

No player is unsellable - if someone offered £100 million for anyone of our players - we would sell them. The difference is - we wont sell players like Mainoo and Garnacho unless a club pay a lot over their value

He’s not average. He’s an inverted left winger that needs space to run into. Amorim’s system doesn’t cater for him and he looks worse for it. If he ends up in Spain I’m sure he will turn into a top talent.
