Nice bit of interesting investigative journalism here with Rachel Maddow looking at Donald Trumps links to Russia. Just when he was getting himself up financial shit creek for not being able to pay off his business debt to Deutsche Bank, Trump received a timely windfall from several record-breaking real estate deals with a Russian oligarch who himself was desperate for international investments to hide his liquid assets from the Russian courts. These deals were facilitated by an offshore bank known for laundering/hiding oligarch money with newly appointed Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross on it's board.

At a time when people question if the art of journalism is dead, there seems to be a number of excellent investigative journalists rising to the top.

I think Sessions will only resign, if they have him by the balls. It would make Trump look really bad. It would also mean, that two of Trump closest allies would be gone after ~6 weeks. Death by a thousand cuts.

Im guessing that Trump instructed many of his nominee's to do his Russian bidding for him, in part return for the post. ie: makes Trump untouchable as he personally always as deniability?
Sessions has said he will recuse himself "when it's necessary", so I won't believe he'll resign until it happens.
