That is shown by supporters of him like Piers Morgan and Tucker speaking out against his handling of the pandemic.
The most worrying thing is I think he is now at his most dangerous as he's like a cornered wild animal and still holds enough power and influence to be extremely dangerous.

It's when the second wave hits that he will be under more pressure. He can't deflect everything now so he's struggling and just lashing out randomly. By backing up then opening and his tweets the other day, he has backed himself into opening up for business but when a second wave hits, he will have no where to hide saying he didn't do that. If by any chance he is being accurate in his wording, the term immigration refers to the issuing of green cards (my current right to live in the US is a 5 year visa, but is still considered non-immigrant). When you get a green card you are either applying for the entry visa at a US embassy or consulate, and will receive the green card when you enter the country, or you are already in the US and are applying for adjustment of status. Right now there are no regular appointments for visas at US embassies or consulates globally. So anyone who is currently obtaining immigrant status is either not entering until about the same time all other travel is again permitted, or they're actually already in the US. How does an immigration ban help with anything? The ports are all closed, presumably ISCIS is closed and hence it will change nothing, except processing existing applicants or renewals.
