So what's his plan here? Use the money that would pay Govt workers and put it towards the Wall fund? Promise backpay to the Govt workers and then later on reneg on that deal saying it was optional and can no longer afford to do so ... oh wait, sounds awfully familar almost like a business of his going bankrupt.

The world will be in a recession again and they'll get the blame for Trump's mess and Americans will vote in a Republican running on less taxes/deregulation and the cycle will start all over again.
 
There isn’t going to be a lot of powerful people left backing him at this rate. That’s going to cascade through the propaganda channels soon enough and they will turn his base against him.

He’s definitely on his last legs. Feels like a matter of weeks before it will all come to a head.

I looked at that first and thought "a hundred billion is pretty good to be fair" then I noticed the lack of a "b" in billion. The man would lie through his plastic teeth about anything. When he's done and the economy is fecked, ISIS are back to full strength, and hate crimes are at a thirty year high he'll still come out and say that everyone says he's done a great job. Probably wearing a pillowcase on his head with his trousers around his ankles, the nicotine faced cockwomble that he is.

I'm well aware that it's half 3 in the morning and I'm sleep deprived and don't feel great but I can't stop laughing at it.

It's the most Trump thing to say to a child at Christmas but still, it's fecking hilarious.

I swear we all died at some point and this is hell.

We've been saying this for over a year now. Lost count of the amount of insider "Trump is angry and isolated" stories we've had. It's nothing new. If you put together a timeline of all the insane shit he's said, I don't think you'll see any difference over time. Our memories are just short because it's incredibly hard to keep up with all the crazy.
 
Mnuchin is clearly not prepared to deal with the stock market slide and placate trump enough so that he doesn’t fire the chairman of the federal reserve.

At least he’s a New York 10.
