I'd say the Republicans are much more likely to win 2020 with Trump than without him. With Trump there's a chance they pull off another Electoral College miracle. Without him they're inevitably going to lose out on much of what made Trump's coalition Trump's coalition, but they're still going to be punished by everyone else.
