Thanks for posting that, that is an amazing piece of reporting. That is real journalism and that is exactly what we need right now and what we need all the channels and stations and newspapers to start doing. The content is not surprising, nor is it all new news, but it is definitely very depressing and sad. The incoming Moron is going to expose how corrupt everyone and everything really is because unlike Presidents past, he really isn't going to try and hide it or even apologise for it. He will just flat out lie about it all though. IT really shows that nobody can control these oil companies now, and what's even worse, is now the CEO of one of the worst of the Oil Companies has now been given one of the highest ranking jobs in the United States government, unbelievable, I mean, which idiot would go and do something like that FFS?

Greenwald is a skilled self promoter who is good at cleverly staking out positions that portray him as some sort of honest and independent interlocutor, when all he is doing is promoting his own view by selectively cherry picking bits of information that support it. His beef with Sam Harris a few years back, the Snowden association, and more recently this bizarre crusade to convince people Russia had nothing to do with hacking into the US election are all examples.
In a nutshell, he's a complete Charlatan.

I've been following his writings since 2008/9, I've read his blogs from 2006, and his stances haven't changed at all. All that has changed is the apparent friendliness of a candidate from the hawkish party with Putin, which has now made Greenwald a charlatan.
Also, I'd like an inkling of proof for the "hacking" claims.
They may not have changed much but he has consistinetly grandstanded his way to attention over the years by clutching at the latest controversy and taken idiotic positions he knew would get him maximum attention.
As for the hacking claims, how many times has it been addressed before? There is a Universe of information that exists behind classified systems and providing the information to the public is a non starter as it will allow the Russians to change their communications methods to thwart future collections. What can and has been done is the information has been passed along to the people's representatives in Congress who are fully aware of what has transpired and can take action accordingly.

The people who needed a college education the most, and who have children who would need it most, fight and argue against it because they don't understand the argument. Oh the fecking irony. It's just so sad, it really is. The other point I would like to make is how it's almost impossible to argue with Bernie. He just makes so much sense and breaks things down so well that he connects with what almost everyone thinks and wants. Obviously you get the odd entitled, spoiled muppet who would disagree, but the vast majority of normal folk really would struggle to argue with most things he says, especially about education, healthcare and social security.
