If he does have them and they're as described, for which I am fairly skeptical, should release just before inauguration to really feck it up.
Same.

People with exciting information to release tend to release it, not constantly talk about doing so.

Yeah I'm not optimistic. I'm at the point of "believe it when I see it". I think it's telling that Arnold pops up saying he will finally release it and it's after the EC vote.

He claims he was part of an email chain that received it. If that was true someone else would have dropped it by now.

Yeah if you have something so damaging that it's really going to piss the person off you probably release it before the election... you know rather than pick a fight with the most powerful chap in the world who happens to have the temper of a toddler

It could work out brilliantly. Trump might make an offer to buy him off. If he was to release both the tapes and the proof of the attempted bribe it would be a knock-out one-two.

Let me guess: the email was from a prince from Nigeria?

Female reporter asked him if it was wise to describe the Berlin attack as an attack on Christians. You could tell he was getting ready to boil over and asked in his tone when he said it. She replies in his press release

Our hearts and prayers are with the loved ones of the victims of today’s horrifying terror attack in Berlin. Innocent civilians were murdered in the streets as they prepared to celebrate the Christmas holiday. ISIS and other Islamist terrorists continually slaughter Christians in their communities and places of worship as part of their global jihad. These terrorists and their regional and worldwide networks must be eradicated from the face of the earth, a mission we will carry out with all freedom-loving partners.”

Trump has gained the endorsement of Raghad Hussein (Saddam's daughter)
"This man has just arrived to the leadership ... But from what is apparent, this man has a high level of political sensibility, that is vastly different than the one who preceded him," she told CNN. "He exposed the mistakes of the others, specifically in terms of Iraq, which means he is very aware of the mistakes made in Iraq and what happened to my father."

Also, final popular vote results are in...
Clinton: 65,844,954 (48.2%)
Trump: 62,979,879 (46.1%)

So he mentions the people who were injured in the attack on the Mosque in Zurich in an earlier Tweet, but then completely forgets about it because it doesn't fit his agenda of being an attack on Christians. Of course!

cnut!

It is also highly unlikely Republicans who are in the majority would dare to anger their base to impeach their President.
What this will do is tarnish Trump.
Lose/Lose situation imo.
If the Dems had the common sense to run a populist candidate in 2020, this will be to their advantage then. Not now.

conversely it would be in the Dems interest to have Trump remain as president. As unpredictable as he is, there is some hope they can work with him, assuming they want to get some things done instead of just playing politics as the Republicans did during Obama's tenure.

Working with him is illusory. He is clearly using both sides and playing them off one another to consolidate his own grip on power.

He is continuing to travel to GOP states for his "thank you" rallies, which are really just a way of subtly intimidating Senators and Congressmen from those states that he will turn their constituents against them if they don't fall in line.

He is setting up a lobbying firm and having Lewandowski lead it to insulate him from attempts to undermine him from within the DC elite.

The only way to deal with him is to launch a full fledged campaign to undermine him at every turn, both by way of the media, institutions, and citizen groups. That's the only way the country will be able to pry him small hands off the Presidency in 4 years.

Subtle little digs about his looks and temprement may nullify him for a year or two while the Dems battle president pence in the house and senate. Cause enough discourse in the Republican Party may be the best way to go to stop some terrifying legislation being passed. Trump would relish any photo op of him signing a bill with his minions surrounding him so hoping that the president will do the right thing is unlikely.
I would start with his cheese curl thumbs and then move on to his weight, how he looks so unhealthy. We also need to discuss the mans need for makup on his face and what the feck is up with the hair. If accounts are true that he makes decisions based on people's looks than his are fair game. Also an international sign of public protest by turning our backs on president trump during public appearances, let's see how thin skinned and vindictive he really can be.

Yup. Bernie showed the right thing to do on infrastructure, rightly call out Trump's plan as bogus and present his own alternative.

I would at least wait to see what his policies are first. The details of the bills he wants to pass. I agree he is trying to consolidate his power. Intimidating Republican Senators/Congressmen is not necessarily a bad thing. These people do not have the interests of ordinary people at heart anyways. What did they do except block Obama?
To hate blindly will not achieve the goal, which I assume is to serve the greater good of all.
Trump at some point will over reach. He will bring about his own destruction.
But I hardly think to aid the Republican party is a wise strategy.

EDIT:

Remember. The Republican party hates Trump, even more so than the Democrats.

I would use him.

No one is hating blindly. Politics today is all about undermining the opposition when they are in power so that their policies are blocked, they are exposed as being ineffective, and their poll numbers take a dive in preparation for the next election. Effective governance won't take place until this war between both parties and the country in general is resolved.

Read the entire series. Drumpf is still on a head on collision course with the Emoluments clause the moment he swears in.

My point is that neither party has the interests of ordinary people at heart. They are both tools of corporations.
Trump is an opportunity to break up the status quo.
As I said, the primary goal should remain how to serve the American citizen, not corporations.
The war between the parties will end when both parties are forced to nominate populous candidates. Trump was the first untidy step by the Republicans.
Perez, the corporation's last chance to hang on to where the Democratic party is will go against the populous candidate Ellison.
Who wins will determine the direction of the party.

So how does it get to them? They don't randomly take on things do they?

Can any citizen sue? Maybe one of the states sues, because we can't count on the DOJ this point to do a United States v. Nixon type of affair.

California v. Trump? California v. United States? Do we have any constitutional lawyers in here?

fellas. I'm not certain of how it gets to the courts. But I would assume something as major as this would be brought up by
