The dude is the textbook definition of pathological liar.
Even worse, he knows he's lying and knows he can get away with it among his own base; therefore he isn't in any way incentivized to stop, in fact he is actually incentivized to double down and lie as much as possible to continue exerting control over them.
He does actually have massive balls to lie as obviously and blatantly as he does. Most normal humans reach a point where they have to hold up their hands and say " OK you got me" but he ploughs on regardless. He genuinely does not give a feck for the truth unless it suits him.
