However, and this is the fecking killer! It's not his doing or choice, these conditions were carefully hidden in the Omnibus Bill he signed yesterday

If that's true then, while hilarious, it seriously points to how broken the system is. I've never understood how they could push through what is basically the law of the land while having often none of the people voting on it and in this case even signing the damn thing never even reading it.
