I didn't find that remotely funny and I know a fair bit about Gamer gate and 12 year old/beta males. Of course, we all have different tastes.

I don't think the tweet is funny by itself (repulsive gamer habits is the easiest commonest joke), I think it's funny in the context of what a hero Milo is to that movement.

They just can't help themselves can they? For fecks sake. The joke is tasteless enough, but it's his reaction that makes it even worse because he kind of keeps it going. What's with the chicken neck movements though? There are at least FIVE videos of this moron circulating at the moment and a pretty big campaign to have him fired is taking root on social media, although doubtful it will make a difference.

Oh, he's not on holiday really.

It'll be easily verifiable surely - let's look at the WH itinerary.

What was Miller's joke? I didn't get it.

I wasn't entirely sure either, it could be interpreted a couple of ways, but neither good to be honest. The first way and the way I think he meant it was that illegal immigrants would be difficult to see when lurking in the shadows due to their colour. The other way I thought he could have meant it was that all illegal immigrants would be lurking in the shadows because they are all criminals, but I do think the first explanation is more likely. Either way it's unacceptable especially when you see the other videos going around and realise it's a disturbing pattern of behaviour and he really is a racist piece of shit.

Miller is terrifying in all honesty. He looks and acts like the type of person who cuts the eyes out of pictures that he has stuck to his wall, next to his collection of hands from the people he's murdered.

I see him more as a little kid with no parental supervision. He'll hit the road when Bannon leaves.

means nothing. you can step on dog shit in a nice park.

He's harmless though. Basically a glorified intern who writes Trump's speeches and his viewed as generally trustworthy because he's close to Bannon. When Bannon goes Miller will be on thin ice.

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other/2018_generic_congressional_vote-6185.html

now if the Dems stay on message like lowering Medicare age, they have a good chance.

EDIT: If the Dems are consistently above 50%, its a good sign.

I think as long as Trump holds on to his rabid base of 33%-36%, there is always the danger that the GOP voters will always 'come home' during the elections. Thin margins to play with.

But when you throw in the shitty political atmosphere and the voter apathy, he has always this path to win with.

you are right.

What the Democrats need in 2020 is a fresh candidate with strong messages. They need a candidate that attrats across the spectrum...including white blue collar voters. And That is very possible.
They need to run to the left. Have said before get rid of Pelossi. Bring in Tim Ryan. Then the party is indicating it is coming back to its roots. To win you need to appeal to all starta of the population. Not cut and slice groups.

EDIT:

The key is carrying the Mid-West.

The 33% number refers to his total support not his base. His actual hardcore base is closer to 25%, which swells to somewhere in the high 30s or low 40s during elections (like last year). Although that isn't likely to happen again anytime soon since Trump is now in office and getting battered by Russia allegations and not having delivered on his policy agenda. If this holds, the Dems have a legitimate shot at taking back the house next year.

What we really need is a voting app. Just something to get the Millennials voting.

Wait a second...I just got an idea for my next business venture...

His rock solid base dont believe that. Plus the amount of fake news that circulating -- like the guy I watched who claim 13,000 coal mining jobs created in WV since Jan is just shocking.

MSN is overcooking the Russia relationship now -- there will be a Russo fatigue factor in a year's time considering that Mueller may take easily a year to 18 months to complete.

The 'where is the evidence' chant will get louder n louder. The low info voters dont know how legal process works of gather evidence to build a case.

The possibility is that the economic reality kicks in earlier for the Trump supporters ie nothing has improved and they realise that he is full of hot air by the Mid-terms.

That's fine as long as it doesn't stretch far beyond the 25%. To win the Presidency he needed ALOT of independents and some Dems to push him over, in addition to others simply staying home because they weren't too enthused about Hillary...and yet she still squashed him on the popular. If his national numbers are in the low 30s, he will not have a base that's more than 20-25.

The popular vote is not relevent. It is the swing states.
He is still very solid in Ohio for example.
It will be hard for Trump or any Republican to go against a populist Democratic candidate.

The national numbers are relevant because they will reflect lower polling in swing states.

Anyway he maybe not have the help or resources of the Russians to micro-target in those critical rustbelt states going forward.

fair enough.
The Russia and criminal investigations will take care of themselves. The key is messaging by the Democratic nominee. Ignore the on going investigations. But talk health care, education, jobs and living wages.
With natural advantages the Democrats have in numbers, it will help them take back Congress and the White House.

I don't have time to look at Milo videos on Youtube as I have better things to do with my life, so I'll take your word for it. I read about his band of charlatans targeting victims with abuse on Twitter and it wasn't funny. That's all I know about him.

Milo is a professional troll much like Katie Hopkins. Trolling is pretty much a sport on the internet and as such certain epic dickheads have figured out they can make money doing it IRL. Best practice for dealing with these folks, much like what you're doing, is to put them on ignore.

I see him more as a little kid with no parental supervision. He'll hit the road when Bannon leaves.

Miller was a big part of the Trump campaign early doors long before Bannon waddled in and is current hate-speech writer extraordinaire. I think he'll stick around no matter what happens to the "future liver-transplant waiting-list member and hobo shitlord Steve Bannon" (™Rick Wilson).

MSN is overcooking the Russia relationship now -- there will be a Russo fatigue factor in a year's time considering that Mueller may take easily a year to 18 months to complete.

I don't think it's possible to overcook a story of this magnitude. For sure there'll be peaks and troughs and the general public will disengage from it at points but that's to be expected in line with the release of information. Just look at Watergate. It was two years from break-in to resignation and coverage ebbed and flowed throughout.

From time to time big scoops will break that will dominate coverage (eg Don Jr and his covert meeting) and at other points typical domestic and international developments will take over the cycle (eg healthcare, Kim Don-un, etc).

Makes sense. He has a man crush on Il Duce
 Good call. I suggest him to visit Predappio :D

Stephen Miller is that mug shot you see after Forensic Files finally gives you last key piece of evidence to find the serial killer/rapist. That innocent looking face with a frail structure that may contain a hint of BPD or HPD within.
