The Trump Presidency | Biden Inaugurated

Heller has switched to yes. Big boost for Drumpfcare to proceed for a full floor debate, especially since McCain is going to vote as well.

This is giving me a sad laugh here (I was in cub scouts when I was a kid)... he might not destroy Obamacare, but he might well have destroyed the US Boy Scouts...

Salient point here is him ring-leading children of a non-partisan organisation to boo a former president. Former scout too. Unforgivable.

Their facebook page is trying to delete negative posts, but there's thousands.

It will be close. Collins and Murkowski just voted no, so one more will kill it.

Not that I think it's going to happen but imagine if McCain had a change of heard in the last few days and is the last No vote. That would be extraordinary.

It's taken them 8 years to come up with this travesty of a bill. What is another three and half more years.

The irony of someone donating money to pay for someone else's healthcare when they don't support single payer

Its always complicated/painful to seemingly come to the defense of Republicans. But I don't support single payer and yet have donated to people I know and to causes in general.

I'm hoping to avoid a whole debate on healthcare, but its different that one act is voluntary and the other becomes compulsory once it's law.

Hence the American hoopla!

So what does this really mean? Are they likely to repeal is what?

Only he has made this point publicly, while every Dem including Bernie hugged McCain on his heroic return.

Chaos.

Exodus? Ironic really that Trump demands one thing from everyone... Loyalty, and yet he shows none of it to anyone else. It's also ironic that his lack of it and the way he treats his own is what could cause his supposed unmovable 38% to actually crack. Feck, I hope so.

I wonder what happened to Rand Paul's "principles"? He's been going on the networks for weeks now saying he wouldn't vote to proceed

As for McCain, its just cruel and heartless that he voted for this.
