DJ needs to move up, he's fighting on fight night cards due to having shocking ppv numbers. Staying in the division that nobody cares about chasing a record that will have an asterisk next to it for no pay is bordering on insane.
He's the embodiment of Conor's reasoning for moving to 155. Fighters are too comfortable padding their rep and instead of challenging themselves.

I agree but didn't Dana White say he's not keen on seeing that fight again? Sergio Pettis could be an option for DJ if he beats Cejudo.

Ray Borg and Sergio Pettis are the only others who might have a chance to stake a claim for the fight but both would be a pretty easy night for DJ

Benavidez is the only one left who could possibly challenge him, plus he has won 6 in a row
 
DJ is amazing. Hopefully he moves up after his next fight, fighting these guys is a waste of his talent.
 
Anyone watch the new series of TUF? Thought it was a pretty good start. If in UK or Ireland and you didn't its on BT Sport 3 at 10 tonight again.
 
Swanson v Lobov? Main event? That is so bad. Does anyone give Lobov a chance at all? One of the worst fighters I have seen in years.

Dillashaw seems like the cooler dude. He clearly knows the game better than Cody. Good coaching abilities and focused on the technical/fighting aspects.

Cody on the other side... trying way too hard to be a Conor McGregor impostor. Before the belt he was such a nice dude to follow.

Cant wait for TJ to get his belt back.

I kinda enjoyed the episode, but the level of fights are gonna be so shitty compared to last season.

Completely agree on both points. Lobov is a nobody but is being pushed by McGregor. He will get smashed.

TJ is a snake but he still comes across better than Cody. I hope Dominick Cruz wins the belt back.
 
Cody is an idiot. Garnered a small following after being Cruz and his ties to the cancer kid but his dickhead-ness always shines through. Hope Killashaw smashes him, would love to see a rematch between him and Cruz.
 
Think it might be an enterinaing fight and last a round or two. But lobov ain't winning

Should be a cracking fight. Dillashaw was so impressive V lineker as was Cody v Cruz. It's a real pick em. The Alpha Male connection adds an extra dimension. Prefer Cruz over both tbh.

hahha the level of this women... crazy.

But they need sand bags like that, so when they bring girls like Mackenzie Dern (:drool:), she will look like a world beater while money is being made (until she faces a proper fighter and get destroyed).
