1. Are heists on PS3 online?

2. Is there anyone on here that I can do heists with on here for PS3? Or, is everyone on PS4 and does that mean I can't do them?

We've just done the first Siege Mentality one. Parmo thrashed me and Sol single handedly (we were meant to be attacking him).

They're on PS3. And I don't think there is any active members on it. You can however do heists with random people should you want.

Then he couldn't understand why it was taking me so long to do the second proper ones! Until it was his turn when we redid the mission and then he realised the difference between them

Everything is downloaded. Servers are down according to the message.
