Sergio Aguero

Does anyone think Aguero's better than Tevez currently? Better touch, better dribbling, better finishing, better movement. I don't know what his consistency's been like because I've not seen much La Liga and that could be what tips it in Tevez's favour but I wouldn't be surprised to see him be an improvement straight away, and if not then certainly in the future. He's obviously more suited to being that high up the pitch too.
He has always been more naturally gifted than Tevez. But right now he isnt better. For he isn't as consistent as Tevez.

City or Chelsea bound for sure.

Mostly City because Chelsea have already got a 50 mil stirker recently.

Being in a poorer team doesn't help though.

I'll reserve my judgement for when he's in a quality team... He shines a lot for Argentina everytime I see him.

Just oozes with pace and skill.

I recall it making all my muppet juices flowing. That was an interesting day.

It was wonderful. What a letdown though :(

The nights spent in the Ozil thread were even better though.

really hope he goes to the Prem. If he goes to Barca or Madrid it's just unfair.

Can't see him fit in either side. With Tevez/Drogba/Anelka uncertain futures looks like Prem bound to me.

Especially since both sides have money to burn..

I'd agree, but if City can't get Aguero it could make them push the boat out even further for Sanchez.

Probably, but possibly not if they go and get another very good striker along with it. Plus it rules us out of buying Sanchez in the future which would be a little disappointing, we were never in for Aguero.

Sergio Aguero hopes Atletico Madrid respect his decision to leave.

There is a danger that Atletico will do all they can to prevent the 22-year-old from moving on and they are certain to seek a multi-million pound fee, but he hopes there can be an amicable parting.

He told reporters in Spain: "I have made my decision and the club should respect that.

"They knew that I was going to release a statement on my official website to announce my desire to leave.

"I think that I have said everything that I needed to say in that statement.

"I already told the directors when I renewed my contract that I would announce my wish to leave whenever I felt the time was right.

"I opted to wait with the announcement until the end of the league campaign. The only thing I want to say about it is that Atletico knew I would make the statement."

They aren't connected, are they? Sanchez plays on the wing mostly, Aguero is a striker, they will try to get both.

He's a good player but we don't need him.

I expect him to sign for City.

Sanchez has played centrally this season. They'll definitely go for both but if one doesn't sign I'd imagine it makes the other more of a priority.

Why?

I think it will be Madrid or City. Sadly, I think we have to get used to City getting top talents like him and Sanchez. Let's just hope the United spirit and management keep our noses ahead of them.
