Basically, you lot can feck off when it comes to this lad.
Leave him alone.
Leave him alone.
Aguero's options are actually going to be quite limited, given how much he'll eventually go for and who are in the market.
I think I recall him saying he won't play for Real, and Barca look to have taken care of that position today. That only really leaves us, Chelsea and City who could possibly afford him, with Inter as dark horses. I'd expect him to end up at Chelsea for around £40m.
30 million squid with Berbatov going the other way. Can very well see a deal like that being sorted.
30 million squid with Carrick being offered too Valencia for Silva
60 million
haha yeah right!
No WAY fergie will part with that amout of cash for one player ....

Argentine ace primed for big money Manchester United move
Sergio Aguero is primed for a £51million move to Manchester United after suffering cup heartbreak with Atletico Madrid.
The Argentinean played in last nights 2-0 defeat against Sevilla in the Copa del Rey, and now Spanish reports are claiming that Sir Alex Ferguson is ready to pay the release fee in the forwards contract.
Chelsea have also been linked with Aguero, while Real Madrid maintain an interest and seem the most likely destination for the playmaker.
The 21-year-old has previously mentioned the fact that he would not have a problem moving to Atletico’s city rivals if the club needed to sell, however it's unlikely that they'll be getting the £51million quoted from anyone.

Just imagine if you're Sir Alex and you've just seen Barca buy Villa and madrid potentially going for Silva. These types of signings aren't just for the suppoters but for the players. No one can discount the effect it would have on the dressing room to make such a signing.
He fits into our profile. He's young and he works hard. Yes it's a silly fee but at the same time it's a set fee so a bidding war don't have to exist. You never know. A lot of people have questioned the management, they could snap. All we should be concerned about is getting the right players in. Whoever they maybe. It's hard to judge Sir Alexs thoughts on the player and why we'd rather him that much more then Benezema however
These are the margins though. Just imagine if Kiko never got injured? Maybe he'd have scored and played lots of games - now we might sign someone and will Kiko get the games?Fine margins and all that.
Well yeah who knows what actually going on in lord fergs heed, and im not saying it cant happen or i wouldnt want it to happen (not seen enough of aguero TBH) but that article has nothing whatsoever to corroborate its title. Also it does seem unlikely in the current climate that we will spunk 50 mil on player.
who knows?
I was interested in some of Sir alexs comments I read where he said 'good player' and you just wonder why did he say it like that? Or maybe he was misquoted. I have no idea, and that's the beauty of it. If we do bring through the kids, fantastic but the club knows we have to be challenging for the champions league. To sit back and let it fade would be a crime really cause we've worked so hard over the last 15 years to get that feeling we can win it and keep winning it
There are a lot of smoke screens going on regarding United purchasing of a striker.
Im all for giving the kids a chance but im also an advocate of buying an established talent to improve what what is a very good squad in the short term, im not convinced that aguero would be that man, and for 50 mil, well...
Ferguson has been in the Kun Agüero, the ideal player to make mischief with the England striker and to regain the throne in the Premiership.
Possibly the biggest smokescreen being that we're going to buy anyone at all. In all probability it's likely we won't end up buying anyone
Perhaps it will hasten the demise of the Glazers.
He'd be a great signing for Chelsea. Give them a bit of guile up front, something they lacked as they struggled to break down Inter in the CL.
How?
i dont think he is worth 50m or anywhere close to it ..
and apparently he wanted ~200k last time i read about him being linked to chelsea .. even if he reduces it to 150-ish .. it'll still be ridiculous
25-30m + 100k tops and that is being very generous
the wage structure will go out of the window if we grotesquely overpay for him .. and he isnt worth the trouble
I don't know about 200k figure because tabloids tend to make up things as they go, but I'm sure he's on a high wages at Atletico. The fact that those foreign players pay much less tax in Spain as compared to England makes it so much harder for English clubs to lure them to the EPL.
