I find it hard to believe we'd let Spurs outbid us unless they were paying a crazy amount. If it's actually €30m, that's a very good price compared to what we'll probably end up paying if we don't prepare for Valencia's replacement now. In the coming summers, it'll be obvious we're desperate for a Valencia successor and with less and less quality options on the market, we'll inevitably get fleeced.
