Couldn’t give less of a feck and he knows it. Mourinho’s biggest “feck you” to United was saddling us with this pretender. Horrendous player, absolutely horrendous.
Blame the guy who keeps starting him.

Genuinely should just insert a clause in our next manager's contract that they are automatically sacked if he plays him in that position. Although we should also sack everyone responsible for the fact that its been over 6 years and he is still even thought of as a worthwhile option in that position compared to alternatives.Insisting on starting McTominay is the biggest clue Ten Hag has lost it.
I will but I'm also going to blame McTominay for not giving a toss which is the bare minimum what you should be doing when the manager has selected you.Blame the guy who keeps starting him.
not just on him, but how the hell does this even happen:
like it's right there in front of him. WTF

Didn't we turn down 50 or 60m for him and maguire?...Needs to be sold in Jan. We can't keep these types of players at the club.
Can we somehow sell him in January 2018?Needs to be sold in Jan. We can't keep these types of players at the club.
He can only play up top right next to or under Haaland. Him in midfield makes no senseMoving him back into the heart of midfield exposed everything he's bad at. He looked dangerous a couple of times in the first half but, for me, dithered on the ball too much in good circumstances. Could've played both Rashford and Hojlund in on different occasions. However, he is what he is. We've known that for years and we didn't learn anything new today.
Yep. If we sold both and bought a cb we would be okay, but our injurys wouldn’t have been predicted so we would be screwed without maguireDidn't we turn down 50 or 60m for him and maguire?...
Except that he he doesn’t. The most goals he has ever scored in a season in the Premiership is 4 before now and he’s played for 6 years and over 200 games. I know he scored a couple against Brentford recently but that doesn’t make him a goal threat. He’s the only player who looks like scoring.
His three goals in two games has resulted in him starting today's match, and finishing as the DM ...
Our best player. We should have more players like him in the squad
That was because he was playing in a more advanced role, where his game plan was a lot easier to execute. You put him into the holding midfielder's role and you make his life far too complicated for his paygrade. In the first half he was the only one winning the ball and starting some attacks. Completely gone after the break though
We looked a lot more threatening in the first half with McTominay as a 10 than we did in the second.
It's bizarre, Its like eth just thrown out anything resembling what he wants to see and just hoping now. Mctominay starting a Manchester Derby for us when he didn't have to signifies thatIt's the 2nd time in a row Ten Hag has done this.
McTominay epitomizes what's wrong with Ten Hag's decision-making and his lack of belief in anything he's doing currently.
Was looking for the white text.
But sadly, like McT it was invisible.
How did we go from a solid back 5 last year to yesterday’s joke of a back 5? After spending some money.
AWB, Martinez and Shaw injured + Varane did not start. Casemiro also on a decline/in a bad form. How did we go from a solid back 5 last year to yesterday’s joke of a back 5? After spending some money.
