Scott is an exceptional young player, one who has seized his opportunity and is still learning on the job.
I'm convinced he's destined to play 500+ games for us and captain us one day. He's fast, strong, determined, fit as a fiddle, his entire game is getting better (passing, tackling, finishing, positioning).
I laugh my head off at the comparisons to Darren Gibson and Tom Cleverley... how completely naive and lazy to compare him to them. The only similarities being they have all played for United, all British and all midfielders. If he was a young south american or european player in Italy or Spain, he'd be valued at £60m-£80m. Because he's come through during a difficult period for United, and because he's Scottish, and because Mourinho liked him, he's being significantly downplayed.
He plays a lot like a young Roy Keane (at Forest and at the start of his United career) in the sense that he's physical but also very quick and clever, determined and committed.
We need more players like him, he aint ending up like Darren Gibson.
