That's it. :(

Really? He didn't do nothing of notice in these 15 mins as fas as i remember but i don't know how he is doing there.

Yeah the Fener fans have been disappointed. My Turkish family who are Fener fans described him as useless so far.

Look at how happy he was after scoring that penalty. I think he hadnt scored for a while and Fergie said he should keep going, goals will come eventually etc...Then he scored that penalty and went to Fergie to hug him. Good memories, miss them both.

Just scored a brilliant goal for Fener. He's making a mockery of the Turkish League. Still a much better striker than Rooney.

Its a shame as we could do with him right now... but he was poor last season sooo.

It was the correct decision to move him on. He just wasn't good enough for us any more. The problem is that there are other players which are no longer good enough which should have been moved on before him.

Brilliant goal.
Is this going to happen every single time he scores in that league? And he's hardly making a mockery - a post directly above you tells you that Turkish fans have been disappointed thus far.

It's looking a strange decision to sell him if we are not going to replace him. I think he still had a good season in him.

Honestly think it was not a wise decision to sell him without getting a replacement. He is still capable of moments of quality even if he is getting less reliable as he ages. Would easily be the best striker on the squad still if he was here. Might as well have kept him for another year.

It was the right thing to do, it's bad for the club to have players hanging around who are no longer good enough. Regardless of whether we have a direct replacement or not we should do everything we can to clear out as much deadwood as possible. LvG has been absolutely excellent at it so far tbf

Nostalgia, ultra.

Sent shivers down me watching that.

I'm convinced when RVP finally ditched his luminous yellow Adidas Predator, his form went downhill.

But in all seriousness, he's always been and is still a better player than Wayne Rooney. He should still be at this club.

If he'd been the one at the club for 10 years he wouldn't have been sold.

I definitely think the guy downed tools after SAF's departure which is something that always disappointed me about him.

He should be on a better team, anyway. Did they offer to pay his massive wages or something? He could have still done a job for one of the italian teams, they all renewed their attack.

I think in turkey they have low tax, so it means big wages

Nani and RVP should have gone to better teams IMO

Anywhere in Italy and surely the likes of Valenica in SPain would have been good moves

35% for the richest. Should have come to Poland, we have 32% and if you register your own company (which footballers do) then it's 19%.

He can't even make Fenerbahce's first team though.

Are they looking too good for the Turkish league?
Statistically they look good. Nani has 3 goals and 2 assists in 5 games, and RvP has 2 goals and an assist in 3 starts with 2 subs.
