I have this feeling it might be Spurs, absolutely no basis for it but Levy is definitely making moves today.
Think they have shown they already are particularly given they have beaten Spurs away and Everton at home (the latter quite comfortably). Honestly reckon they would have had full points if Cahill hadn't been an absolute idiot against Burnley.

Premiership player of the year two years ago, at a great age and will get lots of assists/goals. It would also allow Mata to play in the middle, where he is better suited rather than the right side where he has been put recently.
Even if he only turns out to be half decent and we sell him at 29/30, we should be able to get close to what we pay now if this current market continues.
