I hope he stays at Leicester but I don't think it will happen and I'd say he's worth £50m + easily.
I like him, but I'm always wary of players who don't complete 90 minutes week-in, week-out. Whether that's for tactical reasons or otherwise, there's something about them that managers don't totally trust.
If Arsenal get him for 40 m Leicester need to fire someone.. In today's market clearly worth almost double that.. Truly a fantastic winger.
He probably is to be honest. They would be mad to sell for less than £60 million at least.
Especially when you take into account they are selling him to a direct rival. It's not like they are selling him abroad or something. If Arsenal get him for 40 m Leicester need to fire someone.. In today's market clearly worth almost double that.. Truly a fantastic winger.
Dropping a keeper is a bit different than an outfield player.
Martial - Mikhi - Mahrez would be fantastic.

Well like I said if Juve are buying a 29 year old striker for £79m, 40m sure look like a bargain from a direct rival..

Levy would never sale a departing player for that little with the season he is coming from. They should at least get 60m for him especially when he is only 25.
Amazed spurs aren't interested.

our owners are pumping money into the club not taking it out, he isn't unhappy and his dream move is to Barcelona not Arsenal.
and either way £41m is no where near enough money in the current market.
We have Billionaire owners, Prem Money, CL money, don't want to sell and he has 3 years on his contract, any less than £60m and he isn't leaving
I see Leicester Fecking City fans are developing a bit of arrogance ! thinking they are a now a much bigger club then they are.. you won the league last season, but are still not a top club (which is what Mahrez and every top player should aspire to go to) which the CL will prove. No disrespect..
Yeah I mean the nerve these guys have to demand what they want for their best player. Preposterous! When Watford said no to £35m for Ighalo and £30m for Deeney, if they had the balls to do that then I dont see anything wrong in Leicester, who are after all Champions, to ask for what they want. It doesnt mean they are arrogant.I see Leicester Fecking City fans are developing a bit of arrogance ! thinking they are a now a much bigger club then they are.. you won the league last season, but are still not a top club (which is what Mahrez and every top player should aspire to go to) which the CL will prove. At least if he goes to Arsenal he is a sure starter. Not sure at Chelsea with them just signing Willian to a four year deal and Mahrez's inability to play the #10. Maybe they move Willian to the left, Hazard to the #10 and Mahrez on the right?

because he gets crowded out and is far far less effective, we tried it last season a few times, it just doesn't workWhy couldn't Mahrez play at #10
Because he is a better winger? Why couldn't Mahrez play at #10
I thought people would be more hesitant in signing him. I remember last summer people were expecting Harry Kane to be a one season wonder. Mahrez could well end up as one.
Let's see if hazard picks up his form.To me it looks far more likely he won't be a one season wonder though. He's talented, been gradually improving since he came to England, and still quite young. If he's a one season wonder, it will be the first time I remember the PFA player of the year being a flash in the pan.

Also, I think last year was the most unusual season we have ever had. Atleast the most unusual I have ever seen. So it's hard to tell from what happened last year
Yeah, so if a better player than Mahrez can struggle after winning POTY I think he definitely canHazard was good for about 5 years before last year's blip
