Amorims system suits him perfectly and he's begun scoring regularly and getting in chances regularly. Hope it continues.
True, but he missed a sitter that might have cost us dear. And did not have a clean hit for the first goal. But still our best striker.

Not a good look with the row with Amad after the whistle.
That's the kind of thing you want to see, I think. We had about 4 counter attacks at the end and fecked it every time, I'm sure all of them were frustrated after that, just like us.

He doesnt really have the right to be so mad considering he himself messed up a counter attack minutes later,

Anyway, RVP would have been proud of that second goal

Great winning goal, amd showing that he is our best striker.. Which is not difficult to claim

To be fair it’s not like Amad to make wrong decisions but he made a few tonight. He normally as good decision making.

He was well within his right to have a go. The game was precariously poised and Rasmus was on a hat-trick. A simple pass would have sealed the game for us and given him his hat-trick.

Great second goal. A couple of tap ins the last two games but you have to be in the right pace to tap in.
Showing promise.

9/10 performance considering it was off the bench. Could have got a hat trick, but good chance conversion still

Rasmus himself messed up a simple pass to Garnacho that also would have sealed the game.

Not that the row bothers me, hope they get on each other for poor decision making.

Create chances for him and he will score. His hold up play could do with improving, but that physical side is the hardest thing for a younger player.

I liked the second goal off course, which was exquisite, but almost as much the fact that he again was just at the right place at the right time for the first. We know he is lethal when in finishing position, but getting into them is an even more aspect to add to his game.

He's the best finisher by miles at the club, and it's obvious to anybody who has watched us play since he's arrived that if you provide him with service around the box, he'll convert chances. The problem is that he's often been too far away from the box, and we are underutilizing his strengths.

Very likeable player considering his work ethic and clean finishes. Would love to see him be the difference maker at the Etihad on Sunday.

Was about to say this. Honestly don't blame him for being a bit annoyed though, you can just tell he's out for blood - or goals in this case ;)

If he starts scoring more of the tap-ins as well as the prime RVP finishes from the edge of the box, he'll be some striker.

The most important thing is getting in chances regularly. Nobody scores every chance. He's got 5 goals since Amorim joined, that only deserves praise!

Took his chances well.

Otherwise he was ok, screwed up a break with an extra touch and fell over the ball, also should have got on the end of that Bruno cross.

I love him. Honest player. Might not technically be the best but he works hard and doesn’t hold back.

He has a really good record in Europe since he’s joined us. He must be close to a 1:1?

So, yes, we paid too much (in a difficult marketplace for strikers), we've over-played him and he's still raw...but I think there's player here and Amorim might be the coach to develop him into a CF who might, just might, become a 20+ goal a season striker in a functioning team, where we play to his strengths.

It's crazy how we actually have clowns saying he is not a good finisher, bonkers.
