Where are they taking these people and what are they doing to them? Are any lawyers getting involved to , you know, protect their basic human rights?
So ill be honest guys. After burning myself out a bit following the protests non-stop for the first 2-3 weeks I sort of took a step back due to various factors. Can anyone give a really high level overview of what has happened in the last ~month regarding the protests? Have they fizzled out a little or still going strong?
Umbrella man has been identified. 1 guess as to his political leanings.
It isn't the full video though. I wonder if there's body cam video of the kneeling and the actual death.
Floyd was definitely under heavy influence of narcotics and resistive from the get-go. The initial officers did try to accommodate him as much as they could (without jeopardizing their safety and effecting an arrest). You can hear Floyd saying he wanted to lie on the ground, and they did while waiting for paramedics. But they should've sat him up on the curb if he was not resisting. I think they have a slight chance of getting charges dismissed. Their main fault was not intervening and stopping Chauvin from continually kneeling on Floyd's neck.

I don’t disagree but it’s up to the court system now to determine if the primary officers (not Chauvin) were cold blooded murders and just as culpable as Chauvin. Which is why the full bodycam video should be seen if available.I cant believe what I've read. I might always try to look from the other side most of the times but it's clear as day in Floyd's case it's a cold blooded manslaughter at worst. Those cops are animals, even animals have heart man.
8 minutes is a looong time you'd be bored sitting on a chair watching porn let alone kneeling on someone's neck with everyone watching and telling him to stop.
If that's not murder than i dont know what is murder.
I mean come on man. I know you're a cop but come on

And true"The initial officers did try to accommodate him as much as they could "
Actual insanity.
And true
Both within the first minute of the video.Remind me, how long did it take to get their guns out, and when did they bother explaining why?
